He MIGHT be able to appeal to the fringe but he has said so many crazy things he will struggle to appeal to independents.

Now Bloomberg is being labeled as "racist", for remarks about (mostly) Black kids.

Regardless of what anyone thinks about Mike or the content of his utterances and opinions, the following speech will kill his ambition for the presidency.

And if it doesn't kill it outright it will be hilarious to watch him and Anderson Cooper try to explain a way out of it all while the leftist circular firing squad closes in on him.

The sad thing though... he is right. Not a fan of Bloomberg, but the really hate the gotcha politics. It will be interesting to see how the left spins it though because if Trump or any Conservative said those words, they'd be immediately labeled as a racist.

Already been covered, his campaign sent out a release blaming Trump for the racist rhetoric and that Bloomberg inherited stop & frisk, Bloomberg reduced it, and that he already apologized for it.

So as far as he MSM is concerned, Bloomberg has been "cleansed".

Of course he has. They have to make sure that we have no viable choices that we don't hate and they don't control. And Bloomers is one of them. As are the rest of them.

Relax. Ignore the election and enjoy what's left of your freedom while you still have it. One way or another, they're going to rule this planet with an iron fist. Maybe we'll all get lucky and it will take them longer than it seems like it will and we'll all get to finish our natural lives in relative freedom (relative being the operative word).

An election is always just a competition to figure out who the best actor is. And in this case, "best actor" is defined as "Which one is the most palatable for the most amount of people?" It doesn't matter. It'll be one or the other of them and they're all the same.

He's even higher with the odds makers.

Bloomberg just appeared at #2 out of nowhere. Mainstream Media will have to abandon Joe Biden gracefully.

If I hear them start to say, "Maybe Joe and his son Hunter really did do something bad in Ukraine", Joe is FINISHED.

And Obama will call him and say, "I advised you 3 times not to run, buddy."

I don't know if he's right or not. It's completely outside any area of expertise or primary sources. That won't stop the corporate cable news from doing all kinds of contortions trying to defend their 55-million dollar man.

Do you know what my favorite thing about the Trump era has been, aside from the money? And the blatant disregard for capital hills "fake Kung Fu?"

It completely exposed the facade that corporate-sponsored news can be anything more "real" than professional wrestling. And they've given us their best performances, I'm certain. They have their "fans." But the millionaire journalists are beholden to naked self-interest, by default.

When you add in the need for social likes, follows and shares, not to mention the expectations/limitations of your boss -- who is mos-def a billionaire... Well, it's interesting times for everyone, on the house.

I have no idea if stop and frisk is good or bad. It's not my job to know about crime and the inner city. We city-folk aren't all Batman. Some of us have to figure out how to explain 3D printer assembly to regular people.

What I do know is it would be a far better world if the people with specialized knowledge and good intentions could come together in disagreement and work to identify the flaws until the shining truth prevailed -- and that was the basis of real decision making.

Our world didn't want any of that as evidenced by what it actually is (in all senses of the word "is").

So be it.

Bring on the dancing bears.

Thanks for engaging!

Oh he is right. All he was basically saying is that if you look at the data, gun violence is highly concentrated within the black community. Something like 80-90% of big city murders are going to be within the black community. So if 90% of your murders are within one community, that is where you are going to put police resources.

Stop and frisk worked because the police were focused on the demographic committing most of the crime. He further added that when you hear leftist talk about minorities being arrested for weed, what is really happening is that is an ancillary charge in trying to stop violence. The weed isn't why they are really being arrested.

The problem is you can't have honest conversations these days to come up with solutions for fear of offending people and political correctness.

I agree. We definitely ought to be able to have an honest conversation with each other without fear of offense or inane PC gibberish. Bloomberg is welcome to have that conversation with someone a lot more qualified than *I* am on matters of law and order. I respect your opinion and your engagement.

Bloomberg has already spent a staggering 300 million dollars. With billions more available to him.

I bet Hillary LOVES seeing herself in the 0% range.

Here in southern California, the guy on the bottom - Steyer - has more commercials lately than Bloomberg.

Bloomberg is what happens when no one knows more about him than what his TV spots have shown so far.

Sooner or later he'll have to come out of hiding and be exposed.

It is ironic that the left is turning to a corporate billionaire to fight another billionaire... I mean I guess being a billionaire is ok as long as you follow their social justice script.

The desperation is so hilarious.

"Oh, America, since you seem to love New York billionaires, ummm, we got our own New York billionaire for you! Look. He's old and white, just like yours, and ours is much more polished and presidential. Plus, yours has tiny ... hands, and you must love that, so we made sure that ours is better! He's just plain ... tiny allover. I mean look at him; he's so tiny, he's cute ... Go on, America, you know you want to vote for our billionaire because you voted for a billionaire!" - DNC

Do you recall the last election cycle for the DNC side around this time?

DNC was egging on Biden to join the race up til Super Tuesday, as Bloomberg is now.

(I predict this as the new strategy for high profile candidates going forward, skip the first few contests so low tier candidates drop out, then you have a new shiny big bank option as news outlets give you free coverage.)

More than likely they'll supply Bloomberg with the debate questions beforehand but I predict Warren and Sanders will take the billionaire pot shots, while Steyer high roads with stop and frisk.

The DNC establishment wants Biden, Bloomberg or Bootyjudge.

Not too sure if they really want to play their crooked hand so openly as to lead towards a highly publicized and divisive brokered convention.

Fingers on the pulse of America and it's the Sanders option that the young voters want. If the DNC doesn't bend to the will of their college groomed constituents, then they lost 2020.

Never been a fan of this 2 party system, I always predicted that the DNC will eventually eat itself as the GOP* eventually dies out.

I'd personally like to see Sanders vs. Trump because then it'll be at least 2 IDEAS facing each other. Capitalism vs. Socialism.

Ideally, I would've love to see a debate between Bernie Sanders and Ron Paul.

I love freedom and the free market but down the road, it's all going to be in the hands of big businesses because this system is rigged from the top.

Resources will run out one day and whether we choose Socialism or Capitalism, sooner or later we will have to put restrictions and limits on our lives in order to get through it easier.

But spoiler alert, we all know that elections really aren't how this country is going to fix itself.

Leave the guns, signs, masks and chants at home the next time you publicly protest. Instead bring your hammers, nails and wood so we can build a gallows in front of political buildings. It's about time WE scare the $#!+ outta THEM!

You got the bomb, we got the guillotine.

yep.

I'm still not going to vote for him, irregardless of how much money he spends on ads.

Now if he wrote me a check for, oh say, 300 million dollars, I would vote for him. after all, he bought me, and I stay bought.

Now, in the real world, I'm not even remotely considering voting for him.

Yes it is a tremendous problem.

How can you solve a problem if you are not allowed to identify it?

Political correctness that does not allow facts to be brought up is destructive and should be resisted even if people are going to call you a racist for doing it. Living in fantasyland is simply not healthy for anyone.

I would respect Bloomberg a ton if he would just say everything on that recording is factual like it or not. But he is not doing that and that is why most rational people are getting fed up with the Democratic party.

Bloombergs issue is this...

Bernie's kids won't go to him
Trump 2016 voters will not go to him
Independents will not like his 2A stance or that he is Pro-Choice

That removes A LOT of voters

Will he make a dent, yes, but there is no route for him to win.

Good. Let the Dems, the party of wage equality, the party of the me too movement, the party that hates the white folks that got rich off capitalism, the party that cares so much for the black community, and so much more, run a racist, sexist, billionaire against Trump.

If President Trump had suggested Stop-and-Frisk, he would have been labeled a racist by Democrats and the Main Stream Media.

Are Democrats/MSM declaring that Michael Bloomberg is a racist, for actually implementing it in NYC?
