No, here's the deal...an "alert" (red) on your CARFAX gives a customer a way to 'jew you down' on the sale of your car!

I don't deal with CARFAX...(because they LIE...longer story)

So, now, I HAVE to deal with them because in order to remove this "alert" off my CARFAX record, when I'm NOT even a CARFAX member, I have to pay their fee to do it! It's extortion! Don't you see????

Oh, and BTW...my car has been maintained perfectly, AT THE DEALERSHIP, since I bought it!!

Bingo - class action suit time.

Their lawyers had to have gone over this in some way to avoid a class action so there must be a loophole that lets them off the hook.

On the other hand, maybe they have crappy lawyers.
