Writing an article--polar shift

Hello. I know this topic has probably been picked at quite a bit already.
But does anyone have any good websites that talk about the possible polar shift? Not pages like the one that said "Polar Shift Due in 1993!" but the ones published by scientists. I am writing a paper about it. Didn't NASA publish something about it? Anyone know where I can find that article if they did?
