You do realize they officially changed how they are reporting cases right? If someone is positive but has no symptoms they are not counted as a new case.
I do, they changed it on February the 7th. So the numbers from Feb (7),8,9,10,11th were also reported using the same procedures as for Feb 12th (today).

I've been wondering if China has begun exterminating people with the Virus I saw a Tweet the other day claiming that they had but chalked it up to trolling .

Kids ( anyone under 30) are grubby disease factories. Id call in sick just cause.
A staff member at Ocklynge Junior School in Eastbourne has been advised to self-isolate themselves after coming into contact with a confirmed #coronavirus case in Brighton. Head teacher Jon Reynard said it was a precautionary move and the school would remain open as normal.

Thank you for this. There is a definite shift in the the trend from the data from the 7th. Do you think they might have started doing this sooner, and only informed us of it on the 7th? I suppose that would just be speculation though.
Based on what is reported though, do you find it alarming that rate of recovery seems to be degrading too? This would be expected if rate of new cases was decreasing, but not until a few weeks had passed. i.e. it takes time to recover, so rate of recoveries would lag, slowing weeks after rate of new cases started to slow.

Not sure how well they could hide that *and* let the WHO in at the same time. If they were still keeping foreign agencies out, I'd have a harder to ruling it out.

Morning folks. I'll have an update soon. But for those that missed this, here it is. Today is raining all over the places and its a very BIG day for all passengers, or at least that is what was being told today, plus the 176 Japanese that have been in isolation in a "hotel" will get the news today if they are free of the virus, if so, then they get back their freedom.
