Not when Reagan did it or Clinton. Check yourselves. Not saying it was as good as today but those two POTUS got it done to a certain degree even if they both had hostile Congress situations.

We have a spending problem that needs addressed still. It doesn't help we have lots of backroom deals made that feather the nests of the elected like nothing ever changes. It is time to take out the criminals on their perp walks.
