You’re right and only if they go into septic shock or develop the respiratory syndromes. The thing is, we are much better at recognizing early septic shock from viral pneumonia and we have better public health systems.
If we focus on treating inflammation we will have much lower complication rates than the Chinese.
What stinks is the primary symptom is a long lasting cough, one that makes you dizzy with no sneezing or nasal issues. Masks will be less effective and this thing will spread like wildfire, even with quarantine. I want to know how it’s spreading so easy without symptoms early on, 5-7 days to pass to people in the same cluster is fast. Kids or animals like cats or ferrets could pass it back and forth as well like with other coronavirus diseases.
With everything taken into consideration, I cannot wrap my head about why there are 34 OUTBOUND flights from Wuhan and Guangzhao ALONE. 34... in the air.. RIGHT NOW.

Question: On the Maphub.net site when you click on the state of KS it reads "1 Suspected Case"; but when you click on the state of NV it reads "1 Unconfirmed Case". What do you make of the difference in wording?
The woman's case is different from Ontario's first two confirmed cases, health officials said, because she originally tested negative for coronavirus and was initially asymptomatic.
Dr. David Williams, Ontario's chief medical officer of health, said she is unlikely to have passed on the virus to others. The woman wore a surgical mask during her journey from Wuhan and put herself in self-isolation after arriving in London, only leaving her home to visit the hospital.
"There's been no risk at all to Ontarians," Williams said. "Returning travellers have been very responsible."

I've been seeing this too.
Can any med people chime in? I'm hearing HIV strands were found but a few are saying that's false.
Yeahh absolutely true... If it is on the net it's because it's true... Besides HIV this virus also has a percentage of Ebola, Zika and some Nepalese doctors are pretty sure it could also carry some tiphoid with it... Peace and beer
tell that to that scientist from Harvard.

3:50 pm: Trump issues mandatory quarantine, denies foreign nationals entry
The Trump administration is issuing a mandatory quarantine for U.S. citizens who’ve visited Hubei province in the last 14 days and denying entry to foreign nationals who “pose a risk of transmitting” the virus in the U.S., administration officials said in declaring the coronavirus a public health emergency. “Any US citizen returning to the United States who has been in the Hubei province in the previous 14 days will be subject to up to 14 days of mandatory quarantine to ensure they’re provided proper medical care and health screening,” Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar said.

Day late and a dollar short, but huge, huge news none the less.
The Trump administration is planning to evacuate additional Americans next week from the region of China at the center of the Wuhan coronavirus outbreak, and officials are considering a mandatory order for all U.S. citizens there to leave, two officials told POLITICO.
