Thank you, but I will add that we will likely find plenty to disagree on with other subjects. I'm an ornery old cuss at heart.

The only thing I would add is that the Supreme Court would expedite those hearings and be the only body to hear arguments for or against them during an impeachment process.

It's politics, I am sure there was some backdoor agreements between the parties to delay until after the SOTU. That way, it prevents the president, who is up for reelection, from using that as a campaign cry at the SOTU.

Voters have seen this fiasco unfold from the bs rusdia investigation and illegal wiretaps to today and I believe the pendulum will be frozen on the right for at least the next decade.
