What is Pres Trump talking about?

Best case scenario: Revelation and implementation of long ago-suppressed Tesla Technology. Free, safe, inexhaustible green power & communications for every person, home, and vehicle at every point on the Earth.

Worst case scenario: Pres Trump's people have discovered a broken, shadowy, and vague paper trail that loosely connects his political opponents to swindling green energy/carbon tax $$ to their own foundations and/or personal bank accounts; it will generate lots of clickbait articles, and will result in absolutely nothing.

As usual, it will almost certainly be somewhere in the middle.

Here's hoping it's closer to possibility #1.
