I went to college jut 40 miles South of Montreal. It was so freaking cold in winter such that when one opened the door a fog would roll into the home because the warm air would freeze and roll back into the home. All cars had oil heater sticks or forget about it.

I am looking at living on the coast of Quebec above Rimolski, either on the Saint Lawrence Seaway or the Atlantic Ocean above Gapse. Assuming they allow us and if we can afford it. At that point the Saint Lawrence is already saltwater and supports whales and dolphins. It was really cool to sea that. I am no a fan of eating fresh water fish but love saltwater everything. What is also way cool was there is a tide in that area of the Saint Lawrence near and beyond Rimolski. So grab a bucket and a shovel and go clamming. These guys are 4" - 5" in diameter. The river near that area is almost 28 miles wide

Just that they seem simply down to earth and kind of like Diana was. I never cared for Charles although I also should qualify what I wrote as I also like his other son, William and his wife.

If you think that those two are down to earth you must move in very different circles from me. From where I stand they are the picture of the wealthy elite. jet setting around the world, getting wined and dined by dignitaries, and then going back to their private estate.
