Well in my early 20's I hit the gym 3-4 times a week. I was 6' 1" @ 185 pounds. We would do a routine of free weight bench presses and our warm up was one set @ 10 reps at 185 pounds. We would bump up 10 pounds x ten reps and see how far we could get. I used to reach 235. that plus a lot of other stuff.

I ate good back then and not a lot of junk food. Alcohol only on weekends, no drugs no steroids. I began to get large pecks that looked they were heading towards the dreaded "man" boobs. Even my father called me out saying WTF. So I backed off the weight. I am now limited from a Torn Rotator Cuff Surgery as I have a mesh sewn into my shoulder and I can feel it under heavy loading.

To date 30 years later no droopy man boobs but I stopped doing bench presses decades ago. Now I do machine reps and it seems to keep everything tight, especially machine chest flys. The Rotator Cuff Mesh is what limits what I can do.

Just Say No To Man Boobs

Bodies of the newer generation are changing and rapidly.

Young women today dont have the big old boobs of the past....today you see broader shoulders flat chest.

Boys today are more plump and weaker especially in grip strength.

And who ever is playing this sick joke is just plain sick.

Seems like too drastic of a change and too fast for it to be nature.

Well I am going to say its fine as in normal. But as a human specimen as I am not considered normal. I have a genetic mitochondrial disorder on the protein side. Thus, each day I take a cocktail of over the counter vitamins as prescribed by the Cleveland Clinic since 2002. I take 1000MG Vitamin C, 800MG Vitamin E, 400COQ10, 200MG Vitamin B2 and a Baby Aspirin ever day.

For testosterone my doctor does a blood test annually and never said anything so I will use my wife's comments as a judge.

So I am sometimes referred to as a "pig". As in like a wild boar, or swine that digs for truffles in the forest. Get the picture as this is a PG web blog. NO blue pill; No man boobs.

Something is going on but use me as a lab rat. Try Coenzyme Q10. Over the counter, Try 400MG / day; Members Mark @ Sam's Club ~ $28 bottle.

Since 2002 I have been on the Cleveland Clinic Vitamin Cocktail for a Genetic Mitochondrial Disease. It includes COQ10. I am also in the New England Journal of Medicine as they use me as a test study lab rat as I have been on those vitamins since 2002. I continue to work out and do most of the manual labor around the home including heavy lifting and landscaping.

Its everyone for himself. Grow a garden. Try to eat non GMO foods and meats if possible. Knock off the sugars. Are you in muscle and joint pain? Try going vegan for 30 days. I tried it and within one week NO muscle and joint pain. I ate veggie burgers.

Lose weight and clean up your diet, including alcohol
Lift something heavy or exert yourself
Eat more fat
Get better sleep
Minimize stress (this is a really hard one to deal with)
Vitamin D

It's not some big conspiracy, it's a modern lifestyle thing, I been there and done it.

And "E" is managed by "D"...

Well, the answer is actually pretty simple.

Testosterone is produced naturally in the male body.

However, testosterone production *increases* when men are performing tasks that require strength, speed, agility or simply getting off their asses once in a while.

Men were MUCH more active (as were all people - women too) 30+ years ago. Because of that, testosterone levels were higher in the general population across the board.

A better measure would be to have tested testosterone levels (pre steroid era) of professional athletes 20 years ago and then test the testosterone levels of athletes today.

I bet the levels in those 2 samples are about the same, since the level of physical activity is about the same.

But I'm not a doctor, so void where prohibited, your mileage may vary, etc, etc...

So, what are the cause(s) [A] environment ~ CO2, [B] genetically altered food and water, [C] God, [D] Satan, [E] The Deep State New World Order?

My opinion is that its [A], [B] and managed by [E].

Agreed, but to be more precise, the main issue isn't GMO, it is the high levels of chemicals in the form of hormone mimickers/blockers in the foods most people eat. Way, way too much estrogen and estrogen mimickers (soy is a biggie), and high levels of estrogen blocks availability of testosterone.

Well if it is diet.

Start eating all that greasy bad food your grandpa use to eat.

And just say no to 'healthy' dieting.

And another thought.

People are living longer so the need to procreate isn't as great as it use to be when our ancestors all died young.

OK I'll tell You why the testosterone levels are falling and its due to the fact that there are too many environmental esters in our food and the environment. You see You have to learn how a mans body produces testosterone and estrogen in the first place to figure it out. There is a little gland in the brain called the pituitary gland which tells the gonads to produce testosterone and then the nuts get working and produce testosterone from CHOLESTEROL. Now here is the kicker the pituitary gland does not check for testosterone but it looks for ESTROGEN in the mans blood. So You see if the man has too much environmental esters floating around in His system the pituitary gland will think everything is fine and won't tell the nuts to produce testosterone. The sad thing is the idiotic experts can't figure this crap out but this 46 year old oilfield hand and body builders figured this crap out long ago. If You want to combat this problem then You might have to do some research on body builder forums and figure out where You can get ahold of some anti estrogens to correct the problem. I'll give You an example for a year I was taking 1 exemestan once a week and I got My testosterone checked and it was running around 1200 which is about the same amount a teen has and when I got off the pills I had it tested later and it was at 380. So You see I have proof it works and believe Me one pill a week is a lot more convenient then taking a testosterone shot once a week. The best part of taking an anti estrogen is the production of testosterone cleans the cholesterol out of Your arteries which is another plus that the crooked dumb ass doctors won't tell You about because if You got healthy then they would be out of a job.

This is the reason if I ever have a son I'll have His little butt on estrogen blockers so His testosterone will be sky high in puberty so He gets to enjoy those enhanced secondary sexual characteristics when He is older.
