Cant send U2Us and Locked account

Hi Mods I could use some help here.

I have recently created this new account in lieu of not being able to log in to my usual ATS account (a very similar name) and now when I attempt to send any messages I get told that I can only messages staff. ...and now I need google to sign in... Maybe this belongs in Rant but I just do not know what to do.

When I still used my last account I tried to message staff when I was still able to log in, but had already forgot my password (using my browsers password auto-fill), asking about what my password was or how to reset it. After having lost my phone number and no longer access previous email address I have been totally locked out for some time. Finally caved and made a new google account to join again.

Could somebody help me understand how to get my last account back or at least message other members with my new one?

You have to make 20 posts in order to get full benefit of having an account here...

Maybe that has something to do with it.

Have you ever removed that tag on your mattress, that plainly says "do not remove"?

Any of the above can result in your being placed on a "black list".

Ps...getting your old account back is not possible if you forgot your password. ATS does not delete accounts or reset passwords...bummer.

Just get your post count up to 20 and I'll bet you'll be able to send U2U's as normal and participate in any thread (except RATS forum, it requires a 200 post minimum)

You should be able to contact staff regardless. Hang tight...

Go to the download icon(circle with down chevron) it will bring up a panel of options.
Then go to complain. You only 1 complaint per day.. they'll give you a cookie

I'm looking for the contact staff .... it was an option🤔

Nah... there are too many here without posting issues that fit that description.
