There should be an exhaustive Analysis Done on IF the misses were intentional & done for a Reason

I suggest that all the Missiles landed exactly at the extreme perimeter of a lethal, low yield Nukes destruction zone.

Analysis and deeper research may reveal to military intel that the IRGC, missile forces were sending a still undeciphered 'message' to the West/coalition nations against Iran

4 missiles were deemed failures because of rocket motor malfunction but the other 11 missiles were purposely targeted for impact some precise distance from usa troop housing or flightlines with aircrafts or other weapons as sitting ducks

~which just ain't 'Luck'~ or Divine protection ~ Nor was it because the Trump threat to the Supreme Leader to shed no American blood ~

Well, Iran also admitting to the launch of the missiles, nevermind the pictures of the destruction where they landed being freely available somewhat adds credibility.
