What was the blood mark on his arm From? Did he give blood or something recent? Or is for the coroner to draw a blood sample?

The bruising and blood around the neck must have been one tight narrow noose! Maybe From a large zip-tie. Then cut and thrown away. Easy to conceal.

No EMTs are not allowed to declare someone dead. So they continue resuscitation until a doctor makes the call.

No ligature marks on the back of the neck. So no zip tie. The cord from his sleep apnea machine looks to be the culprit.

I’m also curious about all the large bizarre bruising on his back. How did he get that?
