Someone suggested in the comments that Bernie may have once showed support for labor camps. He also apparently recently told Elizabeth Warren that a woman simply cannot win the presidency. I don't think either of these things play very well at all obviously.

If the transhumanist/ augmented reality angle of this holds water, what it seems like this whole thing comes down to is a fight for who gets to control the levers that push us over the singularity. I think we go over it either way. Would you all agree?

This is something I have long pondered. What if God was found in the machine? I think that idea puts people off, but I can't understand why. I think it is likely to be in the machine where God is discovered. After all, God never shows himself to humans directly. Moses found him in a burning bush.

We have the ability to build paradise on Earth I think. Let's hope our guys win. This would be a watershed moment for our species on the grand scheme of things. Or, it could spell certain doom, depending on who it is that gets to call the shots at this critical juncture in history. Either way, the world is about to be radically transformed with technology. And there's no going back.

I was going to reply to your question of why would they use WordPress. You have basically answered your own question. The site was built and geared to a specific group of people. We you know the unwashed etc, werent suppose to stumble over it much less dig craters into it.

PFS, folks are under the impression that "it-AI" at the level being discusses has not happened. Yet, folks cannot unequivocally state how the average person would know one way or the other. If the subjective reality is all AI, how would one know if the tools to discern were not developed from within each?

AI and the like got is into the entire mess in the first place, it is not a saint or savior but a fiasco of a much bigger proportion then can be grasped and far far older then folks really have the capacity to digest.

The trickle down to the plebes is what folks are arguing over. In most ways certain folks are not here to make AI possible but to take wrecking ball to what is already but is not readily apparent to most.

Consider on the plebe level. We handed our sovereignty first to kings, then to religion, then to government, then to science - how well did that work out? And now to AI created by folks who grew up on Domino's Pizza, youtube, RedBull and renOgade's crew?

If one likes AI, they like the customer service phone tree, enjoy kiosks without humans and will LOVE when their ability to pay for something is wiped out by an algorithm. The progression is a DUMBING down to accept it at even more horrific levels. We didn't need it 1million years ago and needing it now is a cavernous fall down, not up.

Thanks for the measured response. And I agree with a lot of the sentiment you express, except I question the notion that AI got us into our current mess. By my measure, we have been in this mess for a very long time. I mean, the entire premise of the Q narrative is that the ancient bloodlines have remained intact and control the world behind the scenes today.

I'm not so sure that it isn't the evolutionary destiny of hominid type species to learn to control technology to the point of becoming something dramatically MORE than human.

If we attempt to not cross the singularity we may as well start smashing these computers we are using to communicate with one another right now. They should go ahead and pack the Space Force back in the box as well...

Think way way bigger and, in linear time, a lot longer. The bloodline folks are ground level so to speak. They are not in charge of much but their own "flock."

Think of it this way, the bloodline folks "rely" on their rituals, sacrifices, and secrecy to get the tools of control, as they didn't create them and are incapable of creating them (hence the sacrifices).

Who's dishing it all out? If someone is dishing it out, it means it exists. If it exists then someone is withholding because what they get is more valuable then the tech.

I wouldn't be at all surprised to find that what is in charge is an AI of the distant future, which has cracked the time problem.

I theorized many many threads ago that we're going to find we're our own creator.

That came out poorly. I meant it as an exercise. To think in a linear construct as in a "really really really" long time ago. Not that it is linear. Often folks think in terms two points of reference. "Ancient" which vaguely includes anything from Egypt to things barely prior to recorded his-story. Or the past which includes what they know.

If one is asked to think of "future" they "imagine" what they think does not exist. So it is hard to think beyond what we think is his-story and what is non-existent. Mind trap.

By thinking way way, way beyond what has been programmed into sometimes folks see things as the spiral that it is, where past circles around the future and future around the past.

It is easier to say think past boundaries then to say - here's what "time" really is



which isn't time at all....
