It use to be seen as seven stars not six.

Looks to me like no one is concealing anything. Very public knowledge that you just have to piece together like a good student. But it doesnt explain what the purpose of Sirius is supposed to be. A doomsday cult is not the answer.

It has nothing to do with a dooms day cult. It is manifest in religion and mythos the world over. In your opinion does that make religion and mythos a doom day cult. Thank you for your reply. I dont think the rebuttal posted does science much service whatsoever. Data was recorded over a period of years showing a very slight increase and decrease in the motion of the earth and its wrong because it does not match present theory.

Raw data is raw data and the fact it does not match your theories does not make it right or wrong.

Cool lesson in etymology but it still doesn't explain why people are referring to that particular star as a symbol of royalty or how that affects our planet. This whole story about gravitational flux from the Sirius system wrecking our world just has that Mayan apocalypse smell to it.

Any religion or mythos that includes instructions for preparing for the end of civilization or the world as we know it is by definition a doomsday cult. It does not explain it but to me its part of a puzzle and a smoking gun.
Its a symbol of royalty because its representative of the Queen of Heaven. A star that all over the world is associated with the giving of knowledge but a star to revered and feared also.

Its name also associates it with heat. to seer or burn which in my opinion may offer more light on its past historical influence.

I dont really know if it means the end of the world or not. Nor am I saying its imminent. There are cycles of civilisation. Nealry all culture minus western culture prescribes to the idea of ages of man. So just as a year has seasons so does a big year. It has been a time of destruction and rebirth. I guess in the same way some think we humans do.

Is Sirius a distraction to the real truth about our origins? Why does Earth exist? There are dimensions expressing themselves here: the 4th (Annunaki/Nibiru ground zero was Scotland/England) the 5th (Pleiadian/Maya Civilization/Polynesion Islanders, Americas) the 6th (Orion,Lyran; expressed as the Egyptians/Dogon North Africa). This is very simplistic but this may give you an idea of the complexity within the human experiments and the different dimensional beings that contributed to this. They fought. They warred. The 4D people Zeta-Reticuli/Annunaki are the culprits for creating slavery, intimidation and fear within the Earth Laboratory. They took the primitive human prototype and enhanced it to meet their needs (mining for gold/slave labor).

Apparently Parsons (co founder of NASA) was a big fan of Crowley and attempted to combine magic with science to push the boundaries of human technology. His work was fundamental in putting a robot on the moon. It would seem that in his honor, a certain amount of symbolism has persisted in the marketing department because no one in the top of the space exploration industry has forgotten his legacy and where it started, but it's strictly poetic license that was inspired by Crowley.

Have you read Robert Anto Wilsons Cosmic Trigger he talks about Sirius a lot in that book and states much of what you have your OP. He also highlights Robert Temple as having credible research on Sirius and how it ties in with many ancient cultures.
