PORTLAND -- Mount St. Helens has erupted again. The mountain is spewing a gigantic cloud of ash that is estimated to be 36,000 feet high.
The plume may have been accompanied by an earthquake of 2.0 magnitude.
Last fall, the volcano rumbled to life, sending up smoke and ash from its crater. Since then, a lava dome has been building up inside the crater.
