clear cut case obstruction of Justice. If Trump can be charged with it and Impeached, then it's a crime and all who are guilty should pay. It's time to remove these criminals.

2. Congress isn't their boss there's no legal authority to make them 'resign'

It's not surprising who signed that letter.

Funny isn't how Obstruction of Justice IS a Federal Crime, 'knowingly' interfering in an ongoing criminal investigation is the classic definition of Obstruction...

Yet obstruction of congress might be groupthink constipation as a charge for impeachment.
No such language seems to exist in statute.

Seriously, how is that senile old fool still considered a serious candidate? The pundits are trying to portray him as the winner at last night's debates, pretty much because he managed to be reasonably lucid, didn't face the wall, and didn't lick anyone's fingers on-stage. Here's an example to answer your question. Look at Maxine Waters. " Impeach 45! Impeach 45! Impeach 45!"--- That's practically all she knows how to say. She is one of the most corrupt politicians in D.C.

She has been brought up on ethics violations and corruption allegations many many times throughout her career, one of those involving a banking issue. Yet, here she is, chair of the House Financial Services Committee.

Let that sink in.

Nancy is no dummy. I think she may have some other issues such as toxic pathological anger toward President Trump, and perhaps some age-related cognitive malfunctions, but she is a slick malicious operator.

She makes sure the lowest IQ people are put in these powerful committee positions because she can manipulate them and intimidate them. Just listening to some of them during hearings and the impeachment vote should tell you all you need to know.
