The Democrats have consistently failed to find and properly promote a viable opposition candidate. And they really have no one to blame but themselves and their hypnotic devotion to the whole Clinton cadre. A key word there being "openly." We live in a system where things done in dark rooms and behind the veils of secrecy have historically been considered signs of chicanery whereas conducting similar business in the open have not. The system is filled with examples of the same. Also at play is the simple fact that all of the Trump heirs were deeply engaged in international business activities long before DJT entered politics. YES, that does make a difference and it *should* make a difference. When you have a kid like Hunter Biden who has no portfolio of business success aside from a string of highly positioned jobs acquired because his father was an established and powerful politician, I don't see that as comparable to, say, Ivanka Trump expanding her already existing wardrobe line into China.
