Kaepernick wishes he'd been as physically gifted a QB as Vick was. Kap had one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel when he decided to make himself a spectacle and a distraction... he then became too large a liability to continue in the NFL. Vick, conversely, had just completed the first 1,000 yard rushing season by an NFL QB and had twice been runner up league MVP. You're comparing a guy who was a poor QB to a player who was an above average QB.
