Dreamt about Kali and her black pearlescent skin at a time I was going through great change. Short amazing dream. Done a thread about it because I knew it had meaning.

Did it happen near the 30th year of your life? According to astrology, it takes Saturn about 30 years to return to your natal chart, which signifies a time of great change/dissolving old boundaries/realizing new ones, etc.

Yeah I know but it was when I split with my Wife, however just before my 30th I got set upon on a night out by three guys and ended up with a broken jaw with metal plates, this lead to me ditching the partying and went to college then on to uni to study applied psychology, I'm also born under Saturn with my dob being 8th January. Yeah Saturn is tough on us but ultimately its tough love is to improve us
Thanks

In tarot, the Devil typically represents being bound to material desires, whether it be money, sex, food, etc... The two chained figures are usually interpreted to be a human male and female, warped into demonic beings by thier own twisted vices. The chains are usually depicted as hanging loosely from their necks, indicating that it is always our choice to remain a prisoner of our desires.

Ha, wow! Yeah Saturn can be harsh some times. Sounds like you definitely learned a lesson about limitations and boundaries that night!

Btw, January should be fun what with the Saturn/Pluto conjunction from what I gather

The boundary of the inter-dimensional (astral?) construct of swirling tetrahedral geometry that is accessible (via a certain unnamed compound) before "break through" is in the shape of a Black Cube. A malevolent entity exists outside of its boundaries and has been given dominion over it. This is what the Black Cubes all over the world refer to, in my opinion.

Interesting. I think i know what you are talking about.

In any case , saturn and its friend jupiter , cant really be all that bad for earthlings , since they both collectively soak up a lot of stellar objects , rogue meteor , asteroids showers and even comets.

If it wasnt for both saturn and jupiter life on earth may well not even exist

This might be of interest. Steve Willner - Labyrinth of the Psychonaut Steve has an uncanny way deciphering symbols and connections to popular culture.
Synchromysicism -

a portmanteau of synchronicity and mysticism, is "the art of realising meaningful coincidences in the seemingly mundane with mystical or esoteric significance". The word was coined by Jake Kotze

That's a lot of boxes lol.

You forgot transformers which I think they got the closest to its meaning. Not turning tech in robots. That's stupid. The carbon date was 10000bc. There's been media on a bunch of prehuman bowing to a black monolith. Some have it as rectangle like 2001 a space odyssey. It's the symbol that we went to a higher cognitive mind that separates us from the monkeys. That's what I feel it all means. And it all could be as simple a once in a lifetime rock.

Snake valley in Ohio and Stonehenge in Scotland have one thing in common. Both are natural oddities. I dont take that lightly.

Two stones were dropped off by the receding ice capes. During the winter solstice a man or woman walked by these two stones and saw how they lined up with the setting sun. It left the person in awe to where they showed it to all they know. To memorize this astronomical event. They moved stones of equal size from all around. Today we gather at her still. To be struck with awe... but not the same. If Stonehenge didn't exist and it was just those two stones that were there. I wonder what kind of impact it could have?

During the summer solstice I think. I'm hoping it not the same. There's a valley in Ohio where the setting sun get swallowed by the earth. It looks like a snake. So the people of the time memorized that astronomical event as snake valley.

A rock of significant size. Dark in color or made of some material that during reentry changed it to black. While the rock is buring up. It flips and tumbles in a way. (Its like taking playdo and roll a ball in your hands. Its not that hard to make an almost box shape.) The brilliant light show as it flew across the sky grabbed the attention of early man. As the light kissed the horizon the impact must have grabbed more attention. Those that watched got struck with such awe. They didn't know. How could they. But they were curious. Not like animals wandering back in after a forest fire. More like a feeling of incredible determination. (Thos that have had the feeling knows. It's hard to describe.) They walk upon this huge hole created violently. A smolding rock in the center calls for them to approach. How they must have saw it. I wouldn't know. To see a cube for the first time. A box from sky. A once in a life time occurence to form an almost perfect cube. Took them back. I bet. From there. We started to opening our minds. Along with the fungus we were eating along with the energy input from cooked meat. (Yes. Vegies did nothing.) We started creating tools and bonds with one another. We started creating, inventing and discovering. The stepping stone to civilization. Yes mind the pun.

It lives on in such a way in our minds that we use it for almost anything. We make statues of it. Some even worship it. It has stayed with us for all that time. Unlucky to us. We didn't have the mindset to memorize it. And in time. Mother earth accepted it into her warm embrace. I guess its not that bad to memorize an astronomical event to pass down to others and hope that someone somewhere gets struck with awe and changes their lives in a way that not a single one of us can describe.

Squares worn by Jewish people bearing a resemblance to the black square symbol was mentioned earlier. I did a little digging and found this:

According to Wikipedia, tefillin (or phylacteries) is a set of small black leather boxes containing scrolls of parchment inscribed with verses from the Torah.

The tefillin are to serve as a reminder of God's intervention at the time of the Exodus from Egypt. Maimonides details of the sanctity of tefillin and writes that "as long as the tefillin are on the head and on the arm of a man, he is modest and God-fearing and will not be attracted by hilarity or idle talk; he will have no evil thoughts, but will devote all his thoughts to truth and righteousness."

...

Joseph Caro (16th century) explains that tefillin are placed on the arm adjacent to the heart and on the head above the brain to demonstrate that these two major organs are willing to perform the service of God.

So far, it's my understanding that this black box symbol generally represents life as something constructed (like Creationism, or simply the design of living things.) When applied to the body, it refers to the body as the construction of God. When applied to the world, it represents the world as God's construct. And so forth. Therefore, depicting the black box is to pay respect to God, to acknowledge the divinity of life.

One of most mysterious symbols in our culture today is the black cube, which is commonly referred to as the “black cube of Saturn”. There are monuments of the black cube all around the world (see image below) and even though there are hundreds of articles and posts on the black cube, no-one really appears to know what it represents or what it is. There are suggestions that the black cube is a reference to a synthetic reality that we inhabit and that it is a reference to an illusory reality that has been imposed on creatures of the physical plane of existence. One knowledge person on this subject describes the black cube as “the matrix that is used to bind spirit and consciousness”. The black cube is also often associated with a prison. No-one seems to know why the black cube is connected to Saturn, but in pop-culture Saturn is often associated with it and Saturn supposedly has a hexagon on its pole which is a 2-dimensional representation of a cube. The black Saturn cube is often shown balancing on its edge, as shown below.

The black cube is also a symbol in Freemasonry as shown here (referred to as the rough and perfect ashlar). Quote: “In speculative Freemasonry, the rough ashlar is an allegory to uninitiated Freemasons prior to discovering enlightenment [whereas] a perfect ashlar is an allegory to a Freemason who, through Masonic education, works to achieve an upstanding life, and diligently strives to obtain enlightenment”. Below are pop-culture references to the black cube, just to show how pervasive this symbol is.

Below is the OMEN gaming computer.

The image below is from the cinematically-stunning video Eric Vs Chvrches Tether and displays the cube throughout various environments on Earth, and these environments are projected and reflected from the cube, suggesting the Earth itself were in the cube.

The movie Shorts features a black cube which they refer to as the Black Box.

Below is an image from St. Vincent’s “New York” music video.

Below is the movie Black Hollow Cage which is based around a black cube.

The music group “Lost Souls of Saturn” video.

The movie Unknown: 2036 that was on Netflix which is based around a black cube. In this movie, a mysterious cube of unknown origin is discovered on Mars. The protagonist, Mack, initially refers to the cube as a “cold, black monolith” — which is probably a reference to 2001: Space Odyssey. After a series of events, it’s revealed that Mack is a construct in a simulation, created as part of a test. In an ambiguous ending, Mack is apparently revealed to have been inside the cube the whole time, in which she had experienced the simulated reality that had been run by an A.I. (ARTI) akin to The Matrix.

The movie Kill Switch which is based around a black cube and alternate dimensions.

From the Doctor Who TV series (The Power of Three).

The Monolith from 2001: Space Odyssey. The Monolith was originally designed as a cube. Quote: “Among the new Smithsonian holdings are an early draft of the novel 2001: Space Odyssey. The two of them, director (Stanley Kubrick) and novelist (Clarke), are conspiring to make what Kubrick describes in a letter to Clarke as a “really good science fiction movie,” because they both know that there is no such thing; not yet. As they worked together — conjuring up both the novel and the film — correspondence reveals a preoccupation with “The Cube” (later transmuted into the Monolith)”.

The image below is from the movie Infinity Chamber. This movie has black cube symbolism with themes of imprisonment and illusory reality.

The movie Avarice is based around a mysterious black cube.

Obviously we have The Cube movies with people trapped in cube-like environments.

In ancient Egypt there was a god called Iah, who was associated and identified with the god Khonsu (also known as Khons). Iah was considered an “adult” version of Khonsu. He was associated with the Moon and was the god of time. His Greek equivalent was Kronos as they both ruled over time. Quote: “A’ah: An early Moon god who evolved into Iah (also known as Yah) and, eventually, Khonsu (Khons). Most, if not all, of the ancient religions had Saturn in their pantheon of gods. As “Saturn” to the Romans, he was “Kronos/Chronos” to the Greeks. To the Egyptians, he was alternately “Khons” and “Osiris”. The Babylonians named him “Ninus” while to Assyrians he was known as Bel, Bal or Belus. The Phoenicians, Carthaginians and Canaanites referred to Saturn as Baal or Baalim. Below is a figurine of Iah/Khonsu/Khons/Saturn holding what appears to be a square or cube in their hand. Iah became assimilated with Osiris who fused with Ptah. Ptah was the creator god or Memphis Demiurge who brought himself into existence”. The cube is often portrayed as something humans reside within.

From the 2019 movie Escape Room.

The image below is from the movie Cabin.

The cube from the movie Justice League.

The cube from the TV series Sherwood which is essentially a giant underwater prison.

The cube from the Intel commercial.

The cube from the Northlane Singularity cover.

The cube from the HellRaiser movies.

The cube from the Hunger Games.

The black cube from the music video Southern Sun.

The cube from the Marvel Universe which is basically a giant prison.

Good thread. I've read about this story and it's an interesting one with a sinister tinge to it. I assume the black box is suppose to be the dimension we live in?
