((personally, I think the idea of an advanced general Ai has been romanticised in popular media and, in any case, the creation of one would require a LOT more "X-factor" than we give credit for. Nevertheless, Ai -- regardless of how advanced it might become -- would still be limited to the confines of its own "walled-garden." Just as we are. Philosophers like Bostrem have pointed out why already. You can feed the Ai with any symbolic information you like and even add more later. That doesn't mean it would ever have a hard-line to the "real-world.")

Change your OP title to "Mimicry Is Watching Us & people are using that data to Judge Us", and you will be correct.
There is no AI capable of judging anything.
