Google does not own duckduckgo. They would never sell to Google.... Their whole purpose of existence is to allow people to search WITHOUT tracking them or storing information that can be obtained by law enforcement. They are the antithesis to Google by their very nature.

Is there anything specifically you know of that has been removed or is it just being pushed to back of the line so to speak, I don't search youtube often but all the conspiracy stuff I've looked at in the past still seems to be there.

Well, not mine.. I have a Charge 3 so there was no support anyway, and what there is, you can tell just by looking at me... stop looking at me..

thing is, if they buy competitors like ddg, they'd be best to keep it hush hush.. but really, they will own the whole world eventually. and they'll sell us the screwdriver to screw ourselves..

Made it my policy not to upload to YT anymore. Phasing out. had a channel with fringe content (dutch) and a handfull of subscribers. 3 months ago views went down then suddenly channel taken down probably cause I mentioned AJ a lot. I get that YT wants to purge content , also that they don't like content that don't fits into their left agenda. I'm very liberal but when YT is it suppressing free speech it's not a tube anymore (whatever that may be) but a propaganda machine.

My hope is it that good content creators will leave YT , when 3d 'stuff' like blender becomes part of bitchute I see personally no need to go ever to YT again.

What I really don't get is that Matrix theory isn't frowned upon as much as FE. I mean if it's a simulation , well earth could be anything (even a torus or a plane modulus 2 with a lootbox on the nordpole ). Yet if Elon musk mentions simulation theory it's presented like a great idea and not a mental deficiency.

Personally I'm not into FE and the truth might be more complex than that. But there are observations that don't make much sense (maybe observations wrong interpreted like The Tamarack mines ). Maybe there is more to light than is currently known. Deciding what is a conspiracy or not doesn't help and is just a personal view and elaborate way to deny ignorance. That said I have a hard time understanding people that truly believe in FE , a debate is needed. Seems like YT doesn't allow that .

Because the trending feature only selects trends that would appear always on the main top listing. Anything then would be either rejected or not shown at the results.

I am sure YT knows our best interests at heart right?

The reason i worry for 3d 'stuff' like blender is because there is an amazing dude on YT which had being doing some low poly modeling tutorials for starters or advanced users the problem with his channel?
He has made models which could get flagged.
Again what is wrong with modelers doing 3D models from known TV shows, movies and comics!? they are just showcases of a popular scene like a game Environment!

I'm intermediate blender doing it for years. Indeed could be a problem. like superhero models. That said also channels like the guy (forgot the name) that did babylon 5 reviews are already banned. So it's likely that 3dmodels become a problem too. Guess all these blender guys/girls will search an alternative like bitchute. It's like the industry is against their own costumers. And it's even broader than youtube .Nowadays producers rather blame fans or a toxic audience when a their film is garbage than accept their failure.

In all it's like the 'real' people are treated like trash. And with real I mean people that think and express their own opinion rather than following the msm humdrum. At a certain point people will leave and it's my opinion that that point has been reached. The old legacy social media will die. Time for more honest social media , maybe based on blockchain and backed up by a decentral crypto. But for now it's way too complicated for the average user () so I don't think that will fly yet.

So bitchute might be the best thing for now. (But still using yt to follow mr Price).

Someone hasn't been around the internet very long.

Noticed this a few days ago. I like to watch conspiracy videos when I'm getting sleepy and readying for bed. The other day I had this nostalgic desire to watch some of TheRealJimmyRobert's videos. I don't buy 99% of what he's selling but something about the way he presents things just entertains me for some weird reason. I couldn't remember his name for the life of me but I knew most of his videos are about Mars anomalies hidden by NASA and UFOs in NASA photography.

So in order to try to find his channel, I started searching "NASA MOON UFO ANOMALY ALIEN". Like the entire first page of results were all historic, non-conspiracy videos about NASA's photographs/videos taken during the Apollo missions, videos debunking NASA/UFO conspiracies and FOX News. I had to switch the results from "relevance" to "view count" in order to actually find any conspiracy videos with those search terms.

Here's the weird thing. I have some dying content on Youtube. Since they started taking conspiracy content off I've been getting subscribers left and right.

Youtube has an identity crisis. They lost viewership when they removed/demonitized the small guys. People can only listen & watch dumb fake pranks for so long, they know it's not working.

It appears now they are trying to reshuffle back to some old stuff. That's why my content is getting seen again.
It would be better if they just admitted their mistake and remonitized the small folks.

i hear that youtube is prioritizing popular channels in the search engines for the revenue they produce.

if this is so, then other channels are pushed to the bottom of the search until they too produce an income for youtube.
