I wonder why Bill Barr never says what Sidney Powell honestly stated...that if there is a "Durham Report", it will be after indictments are issued and the case is closed. That this is now a CRIMINAL probe....no longer an administrative inquiry.

Almost every interviewer asks A.G. Barr, "Approximately when can we expect to see Mueller report?"

His answer is always generalized..."Many months from now", or "When he finishes his investigation", or "These things take time.". But never does he say the word "indictment(s)", "arrest(s)", or "criminally charged".

In Mindanao we're again in an uptick of quakes.
My main focus/concern is the lessoned geomagnetic "shield" protecting us from solar flairs etc... not to mention potential for a polar flip.
Though new power sources hinted at by Q would be timely as all the old would probably be trashed. But a flip wouldn't allow the time to kiss our own asses goodbye much less react in a defensive way. Though slower shifts seem to be implied by various peoples of the sun setting and rising in different places, super long days and whatnot and they seemed to make it without much more than the dark ages as a result.

You're right. It's very hard to know if what we're learning NOW, was actually done recently, or many months ago.

Durham could have changed the inquiry into a criminal investigation in 2018, for all we know.

Brennan's communications could have been subpoenaed 6 months ago, for all we know.

That appears to be a search beacon that was not moving around from my experience. I lived near an airport in my youth and many nights we saw beams of light similar in appearance to the recording to aid the airport landings. Color was perhaps bluer than normal. Not saying it is absolutely a search beacon but it is plausible.
