"Bias" is a meaningless term. There is not such thing as "not bias," even computer programs are bias. If you have a POV, you have a bias. In defense of Horowitz the investigator (which is not him personally) can only ask "are you bias or do you consider your actions bias?" It is not a legal conclusion developed from other POV's.

The bias is the C_A talking point by the way. Watch how all conversations start with "they found no bias..." those are C_A run programs. Bias is irrelevant, actions matter. Durham's criminal case will not deal with nebulous bias, but actions taken - big difference.

Bias isn't irrelevant though because the normies will run with it. "No bias" is going to be the talking point for anyone not on Trumps side, and "they" know this. It's a tactic to sway votes. "No bias found! That means Trump IS guilty. I've already seen people on the left saying it.

They fabricate stories and none of their viewers are aware, or they're so bogged down by TDS they automatically believe everything said to be true.

I can't claim the "no bias" is irrelevant because it very much is. Doesn't matter if it's a CIA talking point, the Popes talking point, or even Trumps talking point -- it matters because that's what "the people" will see, and accept. Look how easily most people accepted Hillart didn't do anything wrong when the evidence suggests the complete opposite. The "no bias" remarks absolutely matter.

Nice use of the word "refrain", had to look it up to understand the meaning you were going for. Yeah, it's staggering the amount of "refrain" we are dealing with ! The best analogy I can think of is if you were to ask your neighbor why they cut down your tree and they just kept responding " yo momma " over and over again to your attempted inquiry. Absolutely refusing to answer a direct question.

We heard this all day today " So there was no bias found " concerning IG report, when Horowitz made it perfectly clear that wrong doing had occurred and were not satisfactorily explained. It wasn't his job to find bias per se , but to look into how the process was carried out.

No, the point is that this PDF has so many errors that nobody checked it and they just went with what ever the OCR put out.

I'd imagine that many documents would have multiple names that required changing? Manually find/replacing across even 25 documents with 4 names each is likely to result in at least one error...

It wouldn't necessarily be manual.

Also, even a batch search and script would miss variations of the name not placed in the "Find" field.

The FBI needs a big 'cultural' change from Comey'ism and that starts with alot of firings from within top level management.
