Real-life Sphinx found?

I imagine over 80% of ancient Egypt is still buried under the sands of time. We are still discovering creatures of antiquity that we never imagined were real yet are. Is this another possibility of mythology being proven true?

What happens if we actually find a real Sphinx and they extract DNA...

If they find a chimera then the next question is how did it exist in the first place, and it could prove an ancient intelligence (dna splicing) that doesn’t fit the narrative of the telling of current history.

Like everything else they can’t explain they would put it on a shelf in storage and hope it’s forgotten.

Agreed, no real details were a disappointment for me too.

It would be awesome to see some image, even a sketch of what was found, but yeah nothing.

thes sounds like clickbait hype - with no substance what-so ever

all quotes come from one person - who - although he cannot keep is gob shot - manages to actually tell us very litle - with nothing of substance and no actual evidence

i predict the report when published will be nothing extra ordinary - it may reveal a minor insight into the evolutionary path of felines in north africa - but cetrainly not a " real sphinx "

If that's all it is why would they say they found something very strange? But on camera only say they found a lion.

An old dead cat with mange doesn't really qualify as "very strange" Haha....

Because posts like this hype mysticism tourism to Egypt. It's basically planted advertising.

The title is pretty click-baity. In it, it states the find could be a lion or a lioness.
I think they found something. Either a deformed feline or a breed of ancient cat that no longer exists and is new to science.

Right. It's definitely not a sphinx, the man in the video is calling it that to trump it up for more publicity. It even ended up in this forum with 14 flags.

A sphinx has the head of a person. Some ancient astronaut conspiracists suggest it was genetically modified and created along with some other monstrosities like what Baal, Moloch etc were based on.

It's bull #. There's good evidence now that the head of the Sphinx was changed to human later on this is the egyptologists way of maintaining their bull # timeline on the Sphinx and the pyramids.
