So you admit Trump was withholding congressionally approved funds to make Zalenski investigate the company Hunter Biden was part of?

Not like it was claimed that it was a simple crackdown on corruption. It was targeted.

why would I "admit" anything?
who gets to "review" whatever they want from the pentagon?
hint 3 letters 2 are the same

why would it need to be any more than a simple investigation ? especially when we have a treaty for such in place with the nation in question?

also why would the president of said nation tell the press he was not pressured?

are you even following this event?

Just to see if you are capable of being honest when it comes to this.

No other reason.

You could have just said no but that would require honesty. Must be a conundrum.

Afterall the last page you claimed to have seen the whole transcript and you have claimed that "NO ONE has testified it is inaccurate."

I think the funniest part of all this is that nobody is even questioning if Ukraine even needed to be bribed by Trump to investigate corruption.

I guess they assume Trump had no other legal options because they assume Ukraine is pro-corruption.

It is especially funny because President Volodymyr Zelenskya's presidential campaign was based on being anti-corruption, similar to Trump's drain the swamp.

Wouldn't Trump need a motive for bribery? Did Ukraine previously deny Trump's request for an investigation?

I would put my money on "no".

The whistleblower was informed of what was going on and brought it to the proper authorities through proper channels.

As far as the memorandum there are people testifying under oath that it is incomplete.

Actually the fact that the Trump administration didn't notify congress of funds being withheld already broke the rules. Nothing was even filled. That already broke foreign policy. Congress approved the funds and Trump withheld them without cause.

Is there any paper work signed by the President saying that the funds were being withheld?

Donald Trump said he lifted his freeze on aid to Ukraine on Sept. 11,

Are you saying he lied?

If so I don't blame you because it just may turn out that he did.

Did I say he lied?

I just asked if there was any paperwork that has to be signed in order to freeze aid.
Paper trails can clear up a lot of issues.

ETA to add, saying one thing and doing another is nothing new in Washington.

Even if that’s the case

Isn’t that exactly what Biden and the Obama admin claimed they did?

They declared the owner of Burisma was corrupt, and wanted shokin fired for not investigating Burisma

So when Obama and Biden withheld aid to force Ukraine to investigate Burisma, it was fine

But if trump did, it’s a crime?
