Maybe my use of of the word "opening" was a bit of a stretch, but at 1:36 it splashes "Expose ABC Part 1" before O'Keefe finally jumps in beginning his narration a short bit later.

They play part of the hot mic clip at the start, then at 1:24 we start getting the "Project Veritas", and "Presents" splashes leading into the "Expose ABC Part 1" at 1:36 after a short cut to Epstein in between.
