Well, the language is japanes, but the people are.. indian? Anyways, they're saying 'milk works fine, but the mother something'.

I don't want to look at the video because I'm guessing its a case of Harlequin Ichthyosis. I found it hard enough to look at the first time. In which case, yes it has been disscused.

Such beings are known to be born.

Is that supposed to be an alien.... Sure let's just put it in a diaper and let it drink milk...Am I the only one that thought that was weird? And it's eyes look like jello.
