For some months now I have not been able to read Abovetopsecret from my Firefox or Chrome browser. The browsers only load the startpage and then all links and buttons are dead.
The only browser that works for Ats is the Opera browser. I'm just wondering if anyone has any idea as to why?

The Opera browser has a built in vpn that gives me a different ip location (other than Norway mostly)
Is that the reason it works?
This does not make any sense to me...

I’m on Mobil, if I don’t take the initiative the site in unviewable because of ads. I don’t mean there’s just a lot of ads, I mean 3 seconds into any page an ad blocks my whole screen and I literally cannot see ATS.

Even with steps taken on my end the site is unloadable for 5-10 min every hour on the half hour mark, I’ve been told it’s because that’s when ATS backup their servers or something.

My point is that ATS has a lot of issues getting along with some platforms, if your using an ad blocker try tweaking it a little.

I'll look more into the adblocker thing. I have tried to turn it off but site is still not working on those browsers.
It's just weird that one browser has no problem with the site. Thanks for the reply, I'll look deeper in to the differences with these browsers.

Isn't Norway where Greta is from? Might be a clue.

For the past few days, I've been having issues with the site's pages doing the same, albeit randomly. I'll be browsing a thread fine, then all of a sudden, the next page link is dead, or the last page link is dead. Everything but the Recent List page, where I park it at between threads of interest.

I am on FF for my primary browser, but these dead link problems actually do persist with Opera. I don't have Chrome, so I can't attest to that one.

@Quantumgamer1776, yeah, it ain't adblock, bud. I'm in the tier of posters who hit the level of earning no ads to be bothered by.

Okay, for me opera works constantly with no problems ever. FF and Chrome does not work at all, just a static startpage, I can't even log in....

I've been a member here for the better part of a decade and can honestly say I've never had many problems with any browser on any platform but will admit that I do have some of the full page ad issues when I'm on FF beta on Android but on nothing else.

I do run a tight ship with my FireFox Quantum on Windows with a lot of tweaks and hidden settings. And I do run a lot of websites wherein I've played with a lot of "funky" server settings. I'll tell you that server software is like any other, prone to bugs and odd behavior from time to time. I'll bet your Norway issues does have to do with your IP address or even something as simple as your cache.

I use Firefox exclusively and the site has had problems (timeouts, failure to load images and sometimes failure to load pages) for months now, if not longer and things seem to be getting gradually worse. It is not browser/OS/VPN related. At least, not here anyway.
