Future False Flag Clues?

I have watched and read a LOT of material on 9/11. Today, I saw a video, from a link on Jeff Rense's site, and it seemed to follow the same rabbit-hole methodology to tell us, or attempt to tell us, of a supposed, upcoming false-flag attack on Seattle, of all places. The author, a German, states he has gobs of evidence that it will take place on 11/3. What do you all think, food for thought, good conspiratorial meat...or just BS?

They’re both prime numbers. Other than that, it’s the inverse of 3/11, the date of the 2011 earthquake and tsunami in Japan, which was allegedly caused by an underground man-made explosion, according to some conspiracy theorists. 3 is also the square root of 9, the number of the self, ego, or devil. Some of the most tragic things have happened on 3/11, 6/11, 9/11 or even if you manage to wander into a 7/11 at 0311.

A lot of it is just silliness, but there may be some truth to it.
