Twitter explains when it will remove abusive tweets by world leaders

Twitter on Tuesday clarified its stance around abusive tweets by world leaders, laying out a number of “enforceable offenses” that could result in their tweets being removed.

Among the behaviors that could force Twitter to take action include promoting terrorism, direct threats of violence against an individual, sharing private information or intimate photos, engaging in child sexual exploitation and encouraging or promoting self-harm, the company said.

It's evidence that in a situation where all parties present were likely present with each other to talk business (on the golf course is where a *lot* of business gets done), then a jury may conclude that indeed, four grown men with nothing else in common, talked business.

Of course either Biden is free to argue that although they were on a golf course for 3-4 hours with each other, (and likely had dinner/drinks afterwards), they didn't talk business at all despite having nothing else in common, a jury may also conclude they're full of #.
