All the counts were for lying to investigators, I think.

Trump and his associates are learning too late that the DS was out to get them from even before he won the election, clearly manufacturing crimes when none existed. Investigating things that weren't criminal in the hopes of finding some inconsistency in a person's recollection of events.

And as always, if the DS can't find a crime you committed, then the crime you've committed is lying to them about something or other.
