Don't know or I'd look it up. Originally I had figured it was the one in 2017 but then heard he went down today here...which would fit the timestamp prediction better I'd guess. Maybe i misunderstood his problem today.
Eta.. q had suggested to look at who the twit was addressed to... Which could have a couple meanings as well

FYI: GOP Witness List includes Hunter Biden and "The Whistleblower".

House Republicans plan to call Hunter Biden, the Ukraine whistleblower and a range of other witnesses to testify in the upcoming public Trump impeachment hearings, according to a witness list obtained exclusively by Fox News.

It is unclear, at this point, how many of the Republicans’ proposed witnesses will be approved by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff and the Democrats, because the newly-approved resolution governing the impeachment inquiry give the approval power to the chairman and the members of the majority.

A Dutch media group interviewed Martin Geddes, I was in doubt about posting it since a big part concerns business impact. Still it's a good story he's telling for "entrepreneurs and civilians" who need a primer on Q. Dutch parts are subtitled and minimal.
