Very entertaining. Drones are serious business I guess. Might replace fireworks displays on day.
Kind regards,
Bally
I think its possible but as the cheezit commercial says in the beginning....not quite there yet.
fireworks still have the brighter lights, the sound, and most importantly the surprise.
drones (at least in this and another video of another show I saw) are slow, they are (mostly) constantly on and you see what they are setting up.
along with no "bang, fizzle or pop"
they are also limited by weather (cant have alot of wind) more than fireworks and also limited by the controlling tech.
if the controllers (computer) or radio frequency goes to # (murphys law) your show goes down.
outside of an explosion , fireworks can manually be set off . Along with you may loose finely coordinated displays, but you still got the ability to
have a good show..
as for "cheaper".... again relative...
yes they can be reused.
but what they can do is limited by how they were made...
fireworks can be easily changed from year to year .
again not knocking the idea of drones or their potential.
just saying fireworks have nothing to fear at this time.
