Al-Zarqawi Reqruiting Muslims in Denmark

A wellknown danish islamist Said Mansour has sent out lots of CD-roms to muslim societies in Denmark on behalf of Al-Zarqawi. They seek to hire recruits for terrorism. Danish security say they are aware of different material which supports jihad or holy war. This cd includes this statement among other stuff :
"If you don´t want to join our war, talk to your friends and neighbours. If you are afraid or scared, then you should send your wife instead."...
There is also a greeting to all danish muslims with a plea to support al-Zarqawi´s fight. Al-Zarqawi himself is speaking on that cd-rom...

Ouch, and this news from today (below) is disturbing. Specially now. On Saturday there will be a big party in Copenhagen to celibrate H.C. Andersen´s 200th birthday. Lots of celebrities and royals will be there. 40.000 tickets sold to "normal" people without asking for any ID (they´ve been criticised for that). And with live TV-transmission to most of the world as well makes this event a number one terror target...

Iraq's most-wanted man, the fugitive Abu Mussab Al Zarqawi, has been planning a chemical weapons attack in Europe, a German magazine said on March 30, citing intelligence sources. "We in Europe have been afraid that a big bang is coming sometime and that Zarqawi is planning it," an official at Germany's BND federal intelligence service told the April edition of the political monthly Cicero. According to the magazine the Jordanian extremist and his supporters have been trying to get hold of arms components in Russia's volatile north Caucasus region and in Georgia.

I´ve seen this german magazine (Cicero) described as a serious and credible source...

I have read this also in todays Newspaper.

looks like Zarqawi needs more help than i thought, i thought there be enough recruits for now, guess it aint meeting their goals. kinda like the u.s. military is failing to meet its goals. looks like no one wants to fight the war between u.s. and al qaeda these days, there are still volunteers but a few of them.

Does Denmark have any anti-terror laws? Recruiting for al Qaeda seems to be an act of war.

Telling someone to send his wife is meant to be an insult appealing to someone's manhood - calling him a coward, in other words.

I´m not sure how their laws are on this point. But they are in Iraq as part of the coalition so they should consider themselves as a potentional target.

Ojeah, It's illegal.
There is a couple of reasons why the Government doesn't arrest any.
Danish Intelligence, military and police, are very good, and they keep any suspects under surveillance. I guess it is to figure out their network of terrorists cell(s) in Denmark.

The other reason is, that if anyone is being arrested, it doesn't really help, the cells "disappear", and "they" get a real reason to make a attack in the country.

It's easier to take out the terrorist if you find the most rotten egg amongst them.

I think it would be an extremely unhealthy thing for these guys to do. The Danes are notoriously efficient and tough and I'm sure they will not tolerate too much messing around from these guys.
It surely is a sign of desperation. And I have little doubt that it's illegal to recruit like that in Denmark.

Said Mansour was arrested on Thursday and is charged for instigating terrorism. He has also been arrested before, but was then released again because of missing evidence. Last time he was arrested, he was photographing security installations and emergency exits on a passenger ferry on its way from Denmark to Norway.

I think it is about time they hauled his a** in!

The police even confiscated lots of propaganda and recruitmentpampflets telling other muslims to join their brothers as good muslims.

How can a muslim be a good muslim if he fights the jihad outside of him, before he manages to control his inner jihad? It's a lot of hogwash.
The young ones are so easily brainwashed. H*** we would be too, if someone stuck a book under our nose, and if we would look up to ask questions, we would be beaten. If these immigrants/refugees are in so dire need that they need to go to another country, accept the new laws of that country, and adapt. If you can't adapt, YOU have a problem. Go somewhere else.
