Nobel Prize-Winning Physicist Says He Is 99% Sure That ESP Is Real

Interesting videos at the link. My belief is that if ESP is "real", then most or all of paranormal phenomenon is real. That's my take, in a nutshell. Now, open fire.

ESP is real all right, just to what degree is the individual able.

Ability is directly proportional to spiritualism , the more enlightened a individual is the more the brain is capable.

No Nobel recipient needed to convince those that already see past there noses.

I think its real and almost all of us have experienced it in some form. We just write it off as coincidence.

As long as he can't provide any evidence it is exactly that, a belief.

From what I see, he didn't do much actual physics after getting the Nobel Prize, and drifted of into mysticism and the paranormal. Which is kinda sad.

Yes, all of the spiritual is real....I have a lot of time in the seat battling all the dark side. What does the Bible say ...says it all is true but don't do it....contacting the dead....devining the future, astral anything, hanging out with mediums...performers of magic.

What is the relationship between "being more enlightened" and your brain capabilities?

Since you are so sure of yourself, the explanation and science should be solid, yes?

all in my head anyways only proof many forthoughts are followeded up with things that happen next day or so.....

Evidence - you meet someone and think ohh i don't like this person there's just something about them, then you hear that person did a bad thing.

That is absolute entry level ESP.

Well, he's a scientist.

If he's 99% sure ESP is a real phenomenon.

Then i imagine all he requires are the observation, experimentation, and repeatable results, that should reflect his almost certainty.

Ok, so you have a better methodology you think we should employ to test ESP phenomenon?

Science encompasses the systematic study of the structure and behaviour of the physical and natural world.

We are limited via the tools that we have at our disposal.

Science is the best tool we have in our box at present.

Only way to explain my personal opinion better, is the Observer effect,

what i mean by that, is that every result is effected by the instrument used in the experiment.

I do not wish to make someone believe in anything, just said that in my reality, this is a real thing.

That is really what it boils down to, huh. Even those that are experiencing extrasensory phenomena will doubt and deny because the tools for proof just don't exist or haven't been discovered yet. We humans throw a lot of stuff under the bus in the name of Science-as-we-currently-know-it.

There is most definitely more, but that is all I can say really because those experiences will never be seriously accepted in the current climate. The logical mind has done a great job of getting us here, but that stuff It demands proof for is just flat-out a part of a different operating system.
