My lungs aren't coping with smoking anymore, I had to stop, the vape is far less harmful and my lungs no longer wheeze, but I still get to enjoy it.

Yeah, it does, but I'm not sure why you are preaching this to me. My comment was saying that the tobacco companies don't want vaping sales to cut into their profits. How in the hell did you infer from that, that I was defending either?

Are you confusing THC vaping with tobacco vaping?

Don't nicotine vaping pods come from tobacco growers? How does that cut profits?

Still don't see how your comment applies to mine, even factoring in my confusion.

Nicotine vaping pods coming from tobacco growers...where are you getting that? And as far as "pods," I don't know about the THC stuff, but regular nicotine vaping doesn't come in "pods." The nicotine is in liquid form, along with the oil and flavoring which makes up the "juice" that one vapes. No pods.

I've never tried the oil based vape, i have no choice in flavour, I have an arizer extreme Q.

I've never been a nicotine addict but it would seem that if vaping is a satisfying means of getting a fix it's probably preferable to smoking a cigarette.

But again, this doesn't seem to have much to do with that.

Oils are nasty, no matter how they are inhaled.

I started vaping because to get the joints to burn better we mix a bit of tabacco and that caused me issues, no need for tabacco in the vape. luckily for me i never developed too much of a nicotine habit because I never associated smoking with drinking beer or coffee, which is where most people come unstuck when trying to quit.

It seems though it's the oil in these stories that are the problem, not just vaping itself.
