What qualifies as a "WHITE PERSON "

All Europeans are described as Caucasian. Being of mixed ethnicity I am the only European I know who understad. There people originate in the causcaus regions. A true european/white/causcasian person is slightly lighter then me. Aka Kim kardashian is the closest to a true Caucasian being Armenian. So band about the white your region is Asia your descent is from the middle east you're or they're as "white" as you're. There is no white race. It depends on who you are asking and what the criteria are. Pretty much everyone will have a different answer because “whiteism” is a social construct. Ancestral groups developed lighter skin color more than once in multiple places. But many people who are visibly white today aren’t treated as white. So it’s really about ethnic heritage which is just as muddy of a concept aaaaaand then turns into which heritages are “white enough” to be considered white, or whichever match our understandings of what it means to be white.

I guess my question is what’s the point in asking? It’s like talking about height only using some weird mixture of present day heights and heights thousands of years ago.

My mother was 100% irish but the gaelic people trace their roots back to somewhere east of Turkey, so the ironic thing in my eyes is that many of the whitest people on the planet probably have DNA from the middle east or Asia.

I was born to white parents and white grandparents, but somewhere down the line one of my ancestors came from spain and was dark skinned

I was born with a mongolian spot , a birth mark commonly found on babies from sub saharan africa or from the far east.

the only white privilege I think any Caucasian can say they would be happy to have is our ability to deal with colder climates, especially if another ice age happens.

I think that its more a matter of opinion than anything else. If your Spanish then you're supposed to be white, but if you're Hispanic then you're not. Even if your ancetors were Spanish. Sometimes Easter Europeans are counted as being white, even If they are ethnically asian. Such as people from places like kazegstan. Sometimes Turkish are white, there are ethnic populations in Iran and Iraq that are considered to be white.

In Israel your parents can both be considered to be white if they were born overseas and have light skins, but you don't have to be if you were born in country.

look at census data from Europe they often contain multiple types of white. In the UK Irish and English can be considered to be different forms of white, while Spanish people re considered to be he same as English despite them actually being more distant ethnically that Irish.

I guess that if you have a lightish skin and are consrvative then you have white privilage. Regardess of your actual race.

Where I live, there's a skin lightening centre for the Indian/Pakistani community.

I would imagine it's used exclusively by the female population.

They must, by definition, be white.

hahah unlike me my sister doesnt have that darker skin , she is chalk white normally , and has red hair and freckles!
In summer she goes from blue to white to pink , like most normal scottish folk.
I also go blue in the colder months , my skin takes on a blue tinge specially my lips and hands

I have black hair and darker skin than she does. its mad in summer I dont burn in the sun as easily as she does.
Its weird actually the red hair must have skipped me I thought , but I get red hair showing through in my beard.
