About the sources of this. All I have seen that you could speculate from is a bible verse that could be nothing more than glorifying man 'when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men'. Do realize the Bible was spoken by God by transcribed by man. The other evidence I've seen wass some references to Sumerian text that I've seen no validity to.

Similar to Lacerta files and other theories I've heard. Why not? It could have been the fallen angels & sons of god that were living in atlantis and built the pyramids. According to the book of enoch they were made to store books/librarys so we could start over again easier. In other words if there was a flood that washed over most of the earth and we had to start all over again, could you build a cell phone? Or even make a pizza? So much would be lost. I think its very possible but I am more open minded than most.

Very interesting subject. It is possible that the angles whom were cast from Heaven could have built the pyramids because they would, if they did indeed build them would have the technology to do such a thing. I am also intregued by the fact that the Bible makes a reference to " Giants in those days who bore children unto the women"
Perhaps the Great Flood of Noah's time was in fact a way for God to put an end to this practice. It must also be taken into account that even after the flood, there were still giants in the land.
Now about the gold issue,, it too is plausible for a race to seek these materials for their survival. The ancient area of Mesopatiania was a hugh hub so to say because the gold would have had to come from this region. I think this was a stageing area where all the gold that could be found flowed through there. It makes sense to me because at that time, it had largest consenstration of people on the face of the earth.

I am generally skeptcal about the Bibilical "giants". In the same way as I am abuot the Russian bogatyrs and giants such as Solevei and Ilya Murometz, as well as numerous other folklore stories. To insist that all folklore is based on objective reality seems to me to grossly undermine the astounding creative capacity of the human brain and culture.

As has been pointed out elsewhere, the word used in the original texts does not literally mean "giants", but is nephilim. The connotation of a giant-like being is found by supposition from the context it is used in, such as the phrase that the Isaelites felt "like grasshoppers in the sight of the nephilim" (Num13:33) - although that is post-dlivuvian ('There were nephilim in the earth in those days [before the flood]; and also after that [after the flood], when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them.')

I find it fun to postulate that this is a mythologised memory of interbreeding between Neanderthals and modernhumans.

This is something that always irritates me immensely. Why do we always look to some whacko theory about who built the Pyramids? Why should it be angels (and where is your proof)? Why not just use Occam's Razor and go to the most straightforward theory, which is back up by facts on the ground - that the Ancient Egyptians build the bloody things?

Actually the egypyians tried and could not. they hated the pyramid builders, & d60944, there is much evidence of giants, thule with many say was scandinavia, the people are huge aryans there( like the described 5th root race ) they dominated the worlds strongman comps until about 5 years ago. Now other giants ( 95% with light eyes ) from neighboring countries do the same. kinda a strange coincidence.....

The Sphinx is very similar to the Zoa of Revelations. Maybe there is some biblical connection (of course it faces East which is an abominable sign, but it was probably built to resemble Cherubim- WHAT else could it be?).

One thing here, Nephilim were often called Giants not due to their size but due to their immense wisdom and might (many tyrants are said to have been "Giants" according to apocrypha). Nephilim was later mistranslated into the Greek "Gigantes" (Earth born) which often denoted people of large stature (hence the confusion). Not that the Nephilim of Genesis 6 couldn't have been actual giants (I myself believe they were). The Titans of Greek mythology are the Nephilim by the way(Titan=Shaitan=Satan), the legend is found throughout the ancient world (which probably means it's true to at least some degree). Note also how most ancient legends mention monstrous "Chimeras"(these were beings "intermediate" to the spirit realm- they were NEVER treated as just big monsters out there to get you-don't underestimate our ancestors, rather, they were spoken of in slightly spiritual terms, thus linking perhaps to the connection I mentioned above)- this is due to the fact that the pre-diluvian period was one of genetic manipulation and corruption by (unclean) outside forces (why Noah was asked to bring a fixed number of "Clean" and "unclean" creatures into the ark- it was probably a restructuring of the genepool).

The sphinx is maybe from a different group of beings than the pyramid builders,, so i heard... we do hear about cat people... and look at bastet, or watever their names.. tefnut? .. lion heads of egypt.

The face has changed to protect the innocent

The emerald tablets say theres a UFO under giza and that the sphinx is a marker like the rest of the layout.. but thats another story.. oh and it was placed symbolically as protecting what lays behind it.

I understand what you mean about the greek translation.. but they do state they are great in size, height and strength, and this dude still had a 13ft bed... they say... well .. some versions of the bible say 9 cubits.. is that feet? most say at least 13ft anyway. Theres also david and Goliath. I know you believe giants existed and your not debating that tho.

Today we still have 8 feet people, for some reason they like comin to england..



7ft 9ins, 33 stone, size 26 trainers ... and he's still growing.

Sorry, what makes you say that the Egyptians hated the pyramid builders? And tried to make their own? What? Egypt is full of pyramids - the ones in Giza are just the best ones from the Fourth Dynasty. Ok, so the Bent Pyramid is a bit wonky, but the Red Pyramid is quite good. And there are others.
As for the giants - there is no evidence, in terms of archaeological remains, of giants. Yes there are people with tyhroid conditions that lead to giganticism, no there has never been a "race" of giants. Just lots of tall people in Scandanavia who were tall in comparison with people in Western Europe. I'm Welsh - many of us are fairly short. There is also no evidence that the vikings had any contact with Egypt until the time of the Byzantine Empire.

I know we havnt seen no evidence, but how do you know there isnt any? you say there IS none.. like its definate, but really you mean your waiting for people to find and declare it.

And its not the thyroid its the pituitary gland..

So if we have ''giants'' now.. (very tall people) why couldnt they have existed before? it ''IS'' possible you have to admit.

Scientific over stimulation of the pituitary gland.?.. or maybe it was just natural.. because they came down from another atmoshpere.. these nephilim... and mixed and became the average heights we have...

On different planets with different gravity's, i think people would be different sizes ??

We have no ''proof'' among us either way to argue if a race of giants existed, just an open mind, loads of stories and our common sense.

The best way to figure out what the ancients considered giants is to search the legends. So far here is what I deciphered:

-They were not completely physical. Often they were spoken in semi-spiritual tones (the Northmen had charms to keep giants away in the same manner some people have "good luck charms" today).

-They were at enmity with mankind, but also had some vital connection to it (classic example- Promotheus).

-They often intermarried with the Gods (many Titans were married to the deities of Olympus, the same in the Northmen's cosmology- the Vanir were often called Giants though they were "Gods").

-Giants are often mentioned along with sorcery (The Vanir were sorcerers for instance, Hecate *may* have been a pagan Giantess).

- They often ruled humans, intermarried with them, and caused trouble.

Genesis 6:

At that time the Nephilim appeared on earth (as well as later), after the sons of heaven had intercourse with the daughters of man, who bore them sons. They were the heroes of old, the men of renown.

Heroes right? Men of Renown (ie: fame) right? Yes and no. You see, the Hebrew here actually can translate just as well as "Tyrants of ancient times, and men of evil". The book of Enoch details what *Might* have happened (it is apocryphal, compiled from the older book of Noah, but was also widely used in the past and even quoted by Jude, thus denoting part of it at least is credible).

-Many giants, or half breeds similar to giants WERE however considered Heroes. Hercules is the classic example.

-Most of them were at complete enmity with God or the "Gods". That's the most startling thing in my opinion. From Loki and Surt, to the Titans, to Humbaba and Kingu, they are always a devil like figure. This is to me the most interesting thing.

I'm attempting to search for patterns in the legends, these are a few I found.

Well i honestly cant comment here any more ive no idea either way if giants built the pyramid, cant even decide how giant is giant. Maybe humans were all dwarfs so anybody even 5ft looks giant ;-) joke, i dont know.

that book is about the annunaki and all that, zachariah sitchin? I havnt read it but i have annunaki info. not from zaccharia tho.. mainly from malachi z york, then i found it elsewhere. Not everyone accepts other peoples versions of the annunaki but the basics are the same wherever you read of them i think, my avatar was apparently for the film but i cant find it anywhere, 1 annunaki...
