Vermont Gov. Phil Scott on Thursday became the first Republican governor to back House Democrats' call for an impeachment inquiry against President Trump. Scott said at a news conference that he wasn’t surprised by the allegations that Trump repeatedly urged Ukraine’s president to “look into” Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden because he’s “watched him over the years.” Trump had requested Ukraine look into Biden's attempt to pressure the nation into firing its top prosecutor, who was investigating a natural gas firm partially led by his son, Hunter. Scott added, however, that he wanted to see more information before taking further action. The Vermont governor previously criticized Trump over his attacks on progressive House freshmen in the summer.

So it begins. Republicans are dropping off the Trump train. It is only a matter of time before all clear-minded Americans, who love their counrty, respect the constitution, and are willing to stand up to a tyrant make their voices heard.

We are in the process of healing a grave wound to our nation. It takes time. Some will never fully heal.

There are still people who think Nixon was a god...

(You don't even reply to valid question, but please do keep going)

Maybe you should take a walk in the woods....

How did liberal Vermont elect a Republican governor? He must be a RINO. (Republican In Name Only)

“Like many across the country, I find these statements offensive, racist and certainly not what we expect from the leader of the greatest country in the world,” he said, according to Valley News.

Same link. I guess he doesn't approve of racists.

This news is devastating.

I'm hearing from some sources that trump was just spotted running from the whitehouse and getting into a private helicopter(shaped like a skull of course) and is currently fleeing to an undisclosed mountain lair overlooking the ocean.

Good Americans can take a lot, but when it really comes down to it, we stand up to tyrants and say "NO."

America has stood up. Thank you America!

Republican governor

Take a US Civics course.
If not in the US , read some books , do some research online .
Before you post or start a thread.

Republicans are dropping off the Trump train.

You want to source that ?
Can you legitimately source that ?

The Vermont governor previously criticized Trump over his attacks on progressive House freshmen in the summer.

From your link.
This feller is criticizing Trump over criticizing AOC , Omar , Tlaib , and Pressley.
Even the Democrats have criticized those 4. Repeatedly.

Remember where Bernie Sanders is Senator.

Research who said what BEFORE you post
A little knowledge and background , first.

Denying ignorance.
Why ?
I didnt get a chance the first time.

Vermont Governor Phil Scott signed into law a "no limits" abortion (aka baby murder) bill, 4 months ago.

Source: www.washingtontimes.com...

It makes all the sense in the world for this evil man to support impeaching the morally upright Donald Trump. President Trump should be proud to have this RINO against him!

In hindsight, I did the right thing by not stopping for gas (or anything else) when driving through Vermont 2 days ago.

Oh man, that's funny. What actual actions of trump makes him a "tyrant?" Y'all are so batty, it's half entertaining and half frustrating. Should the Americans who love their country and support the Constitution be against gun control? Against propoganda? Against weaponizing federal institutions?

Bill Clinton's popularity increased after he was impeached.

It's hard to fathom that President Trump could become a more popular President.

But anything's possible, with the help of the current crop of Democrats and their Mainstream Media lapdogs.

You know when you are in an echo chamber when you use the source of the echo and no one wants to admit the source of the sound.

This thread source is Fox, the source of many echos.

Trump is involved in a constitutional crisis of his own creation, and many want to talk about other past leaders, or deflect. Where are the good constitutionalist who can see that our way of life, and our republic is in peril?

Good Americans hate a tyrant. They fight tyranny. That is exactly what is going on.

God bless America.
