On June 2, 2019, from 4:00 to 4:30 in the morning, near Biguiyuan, Anning Village, Yuci District, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province， which located in the northeast direction, the sky was clear and cloudless. Witnesses saw a silver-white saucer hovering up in the air, its measurement volume is very large and clear, which soared directly in about 30 seconds, leaving behind an air cyclone(dust devils).

Encounter in Alabama
The following case is the result of a lead furnished to APRO by Bob Gribble of the Phenomena Research Hot Line. The follow-up investigation was completed by Field Investigator Ed O. Brown. The name of the witness and some identifying names of the exact location have been changed to protect the principle, as requested.
Mrs. Pat Norris, twenty eight years old, lived with her husband, Carl, and three children in a suburb of Mobile, Alabama. On the evening of February 3, 1983, she had visited a friend in Mobile, and when the friend’s husband arrived from work, Mrs. Norris left and headed home on Highway 90. As she turned off the highway, she heard an explosion. At this point, her car began to vibrate, making it difficult for her to steer. She negotiated another turn off the road she was on, brought the car to a halt, opened the car door, and leaned out to ascertain the cause of the problem.
Mrs. Norris continued driving, and the vibrating stopped. She turned onto another road and saw that the woods ahead were brilliantly illuminated. At first she thought that there was a helicopter search in progress because of the lights, and she was very frightened. She again stopped the car, and at this point, she sighted a huge object about half a mile west of her. She later thought that the explosion she had heard earlier was the object coming down over a clay and gravel pit in the vicinity.
The thing was huge—later estimated to be seven to eight stories (70 to 80 feet) high and “six telephone poles” (210 feet) wide—and appeared to be moving toward her at four or five miles per hour. The evening had been clear and cool, and she had driven with the car windows closed. After the explosion, she noted a “chopping wind, a high-pitched sound, and a roaring sound” as well as the vibration. She noted the “whipping of the wind—like a tornado.”
Fear Gone
When the object reached a point fairly close to Mrs. Norris, the object halted and all of the noise stopped. It was completely silent, and Mrs. Norris lost all the fear she had felt before. She then got out of the car to get a better look. She strained to take in every detail—feeling like a child with “unbelievable happiness.”
Carl Norris, Pat’s husband, said that although his wife told him of her sighting after it happened, he didn’t realize how important it was to her until she started checking books out of the local library pertaining to UFOs and related subjects.
Mrs. Norris estimated the time duration of the sighting as five minutes. As the craft appeared, Mrs. Norris’s attention was drawn to a top deck with a long window she estimated to be fifty-three feet and through which she viewed twenty or thirty persons, apparently oblivious of her presence, walking about as if they were changing shift. The wall behind them was curved and white. There were no instruments. The people did not appear to look out the window. The beings were pale-skinned and dressed in white one-piece suits. She judged them to be about five-feet-ten-inches tall, quite slender, but with chests larger than ours, the top of the head more prominent, and no hair. She noticed nothing out of the ordinary about their eyes. What did draw her attention was the great grace of their movements. The overall atmosphere seemed “sterile.”
Details Observed
Below this top-deck window was an opaque window. The area around it was all white. This lower window was in sections and was inset. The glass was tinted.
Below the center of the craft, a door was closing from right to left. All across the craft, she saw rivets and portholes. She said she could see the portholes as she peered into the craft. She saw some construction that included “huge I beams like they put ships together with, and beams holding the glass in there.” The bottom side was tiered upwards. The construction reminded her of a ship or submarine. She said it seemed possible that it could have been constructed here on Earth.
The very bottom of the craft was formed into a cross, made with one foot mirrors and an observation deck hung down and around the bottom with beings in it. In this case, unlike the top deck, the people were peering out, while overhead she heard a very low-pitched but clearly audible (almost like a growl) “announcement” coming from the area of the observation deck.
Mrs. Norris said she believed that the beings didn’t realize she was there until they were directly over her position.
She saw four pipes projecting six to eight feet out from the craft set in three or four foot square boxes. They had a hollow flange on the end like a tank cannon, and she believed “it looked like a weapon.”
The craft took a southerly turn as it went on from where she was parked. She said it was staying in the wooded area and did not cross Highway 90 again. It lit up the wooded area and the area beneath it as it moved on. It had white spotlights, and it had blue and red lights on its sides that intermingled, pointing up to the clouds and then down to Earth.
After the object was out of sight, Mrs. Norris continued home, arriving at 1:10 a.m.

Please keeping in mind, that no matter how long the various interstellar civilizations in the future or in the past have developed, wars and battles will always be the primary design requirements of space vehicles.

Well, that's all for today. We Chinese will celebrate the festival again soon. This Festival is called "Mid-Autumn Festival". It is said that in ancient times, fairies ate Xiandan and flew to the palace above the moon to live forever.

Ancient Chinese gods can fly, and they must tread on a large cloud with their feet to fly. It is possible that there are alien flying-saucers hidden in these clouds. I wonder if these aliens have been promoting the development of our earth civilization? Or is our planet just a zoo for aliens?

When I have time, I will post the detailed design ideas and schematic drawings of the flying saucer and cigar-shaped space carrier. Because there are too many illustrative pictures, the reasoning becomes simple and clear. The general physics students are easy to understand. Not to mention that ordinary college students often know more about the scientific principles of alien flying saucers than I do.

It's just too much trouble in realizing the project.So we have to call on everyone to work together to catch up with the science and technology of aliens.

I think that's a pretty fair assessment. Space is just too damned big. Of course, we could try generational ships, but after a few generations - if they managed to survive - the colonists / explorers would probably forget what the mission was all about anyway. The ship would be their home.

Or maybe the Earth already is such a ship. But we got damaged by debris and forgot what we were trying to accomplish in the first place.

We don't have to look for aliens. Area 51 will not have advanced alien technology and aircraft, and there were no alien crashes or bodies in the Roswell incident. High electrical ion thrust in the anti-gravity craft.

It's utilizing at least one muon beam, right?

I was doing a little reverse engineering of my own on these subjects.

I'm pretty sure there has to be some 90 degree beam interaction, and at least one has to be muon.

If you tell me pion, I'm calling BS, but I could potentially believe it, if the ultimate energy source for this thing is high output nuclear.


Also, what about the decode on FRB121102? I sent my findings for decoding the FRB header and message packet information, to the Chinese government already, after the US government, SETI, and Berkeley turned me down.
If you're aware of it, you and I both know FRB121102 is artificial. Are they at the point of message decode already? I practically handed them the information to at least check the header.

If you personally, want this information I'll give it to you, but only over encrypted channels. If someone "suddenly" gets interested in my information, I don't want them to have it anymore. I already tried to share it, the nice way.

There are many groups with many different levels of technology and understandings of such....

Some Groups have bottle-necked...but technology is related directly to physical parameters...Universally dictated and altered parameters.

You're talking about it, but it's not absolute. The fact is that every interstellar civilization will eventually adopt a generic, simple "Breakthrough Starshot Project or Nano-spacecraft Project" and "Genesis Project" to automatically occupy and unify the entire galaxy.

Among them, the "Breakthrough Starshot Project or Nano-spacecraft Project" was promoted by the late British astrophysicist Stephen Hawking and entrepreneur Yuri Milner in 2016. The goal is to use thousands of nano-spacecraft with a mass of one gram to reach 20% of the speed of light driven by powerful laser arrays. Then spend decades exploring the Proxima b four light years away

The second project, Genesis Project, was published in the 2016 issue of Astrophysics and Space Science. It was proposed by Claudius Gros, a theoretical physicist at the University of Frankfurt in Germany. Based on the previous "Breakthrough Starshot Project or Nano-spacecraft Project", life was disseminated and created on Earth-like planets in every star of the Milky Way using nano-spacecraft and robotic laboratories.

So, if these nanospacecraft and robotic labs could develop a new interstellar civilization with robots in each galaxy in 500 years. These new interstellar civilizations then use new nano-spacecraft to spread and create life in the next galaxies. In the end, it will take only 30 million to 50 million years to fully unify the entire galaxy.

The key question is, how can we earthlings prove that aliens arrived in our solar system and Earth billions of years ago, and the technology of alien air-space-craft has not changed much to this day?

That is to prove that these so-called "flying saucers" or "saucer shaped space vehicles" are the most perfect vehicles in the universe, which will never change. However, according to our current theory of Aeronautics and astronautics, flying saucers are the most disgusting and the least capable thing to fly!

So, when I personally invented the strongest and most perfect "Vortex of Electromagnetic Fluids in the Third Big Category of the Universe" from the aerodynamics aspect of aeronautics. Then I design the "antimatter engine and propeller system" of flying saucers. The final conclusion is that flying saucer is really the most powerful all-around fighter in the space and aerospace field, and flying saucers and cigar-shaped space carriers are the last aircraft in the universe, and no new aircraft has been invented since.

I agree with you about the so-called "abduction of Earthly Man by Aliens". Exploratory/scientific/humanitarian type Vessel that is equipped with unimaginable power are generally spherical rather than flat saucer-shaped in alien areospace-craft. But its flight mechanism is still the same as flying saucer fighters, and it also has powerful weapons. And its interior structure is different from that of fighters such as flying saucers because of its larger interior space and too many detection devices, so generally this exploratory spacecraft is spherical. Interestingly, the spherical spacecraft can also be separated from the cigar-shaped space carrier I designed.

To summarize,if we want to make a flying and a fighting in the atmosphere of Sun,Jupiter,Saturn,Uranus,Naptune，and Earth,and to request an ideal characteristics of VTOL (vertical takeoff and landing) and maneuverability,it will also request a revolutionary innovation in the present area of Aerodynamics and Aeronautics.But the premise is that we can resist the temptations of the theories about anti-gravity and anti-mass.
