"The vote, which is expected to occur on Wednesday, will lay out the ground rules for conducting hearings now that the committee has publicly announced it is considering recommending articles of impeachment against Trump," CNN reported. "It is expected to follow the precedent set in 1974 over the committee's procedures during then-President Richard Nixon's impeachment proceedings."
In addition to probing potential obstruction of justice by Trump, the Judiciary Committee is weighing allegations that Trump directed hush money payments to women accusing him of extramarital affairs in the weeks before the 2016 election, as well as evidence that Trump has sought to steer U.S. and foreign government spending to his luxury resorts, raising questions about whether he has violated the Constitution's Emoluments Clause. Until now, Trump-related investigations had been a patchwork effort by six congressional committees. The Ways and Means Committee, for example, is pursuing Trump's tax returns in court. The Financial Services Committee and Intelligence Committee are seeking Trump's financial records from Deutsche Bank and Capital One. The Foreign Affairs Committee has sought details about Trump's interactions with Russian President Vladimir Putin, who the intelligence community has assessed sought to boost Trump's 2016 electoral prospects. And the Oversight Committee had initially taken the lead on allegations about hush money payments, calling Trump's former personal lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen to testify in February before he went to prison on charges connected to the scheme.
House Oversight is investigating whether US military expenditures have been propping up Trump Turnberry. A peculiar refueling stop in Glasgow by a US Air Force crew, who stayed overnight at the resort—there & back—tipped them off.
They are much better off running against Trump, assuming they pick a better candidate than Joe Biden. Which I assume they will.

Not to mention withholding aid to Ukraine unless they come up with some dirt about Joe BIden that trump can use in his campaign.
He sent Rudy Giuliani there about six to eight weeks ago to begin the process.
WTF is this supposed to be about?
Altering weather maps, using a failing airport that he needs to stay open to serve his golf course in Scotland by having military planes pay full price for fuel at a commercial airport instead of a military base to boost their revenue.
Making the crew stay at his resort and charging full price for the rooms.
Putting money in his pocket at every turn.

In other news, Walmart ammunition sales have been up lately in states that have militias. A friend stopped in a Walmart to get a fishing license and the lady in the sports department said he was the odd one today, not buying ammo...
Let me know how that impeachment thing works out.
It’s called desperation. These people live in a world of their own making that is barely connected to reality. They don’t even realize the damage they’re doing to themselves and their party.

Has anybody else noticed of late an uptick in the petty, stupid, accusatory fake news reports about the President? It was seeming to me that I had and I was wondering why.
I'd bet it's connected to this.
