Australians can now choose preferred gender on birth certificates without undergoing sex reassignment surgery
Children too will now be able to officially change their gender with permission from their parents and a statement supporting their application from a doctor or psychologist.

Personally?
I don't this as a big deal.
Crazy people can be crazy. Do any crazy thing they want.
it doesn't impact me in any way.

Winter is in summer and summer is in winter.
Now women can be men and men be women.
I may not approve both personally but hey I can value being consequent in things
Jokes aside, this is wrong.

With all due respect, this is a very stupid, nonchalant and lackadaisical response to a very, very serious development in a major country.
This is a very serious matter. It's like saying "hey, it's no big deal" following breaking news on 2 August 1990 regarding major events occuring in the Middle East.
Get your head outta the sand - because they're coming for you next.

People said the same thing about gay marriage.

I like that answer
Me ,I dont give a rats a__ what other people do.
That is their decision , and they have to face the potential ramifications for themselves.
As long as they are not harming me or anyone else , go for it.
I am too busy making decisions in my own life , I don't have time to make decisions for others.

I am pro gay marriage on the same conditions you set: leave others alone with it.
But this is a fundamental core of our society, not having 200 different genders for like 1 out of 100, 99 people have to deal with this gender bs in public soon.
This is where I set the line in the sand. I am bisexual, yet you will not see me promoting or demanding anything more than basic human respect towards me.
I cringe and I am angry at those who need to hold 99% of the population hostage with their semantic problems. It does a disservice to everyone who just tries to be accepted but they overblow it.
They overstretch the bowstring to a point it will rip soon and if it rips, it will lash at people like me who just want to keep stuff in the bedroom. It is also kind of sad that I had to pull the bisexual card to get others of my back screaming "homophobe".
Not saying you would do that, but I collected a bit experience...

I am by no means against freedom.
But they're coming for you next.
We should all be worried about this.
