Not super revealing in terms of detail but the characteristics match up with the typical reports of peeking from around the tree and you can clearly see very long and muscular arms. If it's a man then he's huge.

Surely, there must be some tracks? Some physical remnants of the creature from where the video was taken? Right? Like when you see a deer, or a bear, or anything else...there are tracks, hair, or dropping.

And all it takes to lure one in is candy bars and squeaky toys?

Fascinating stuff.

Stellar contribution. It must suck being triggered so easily.

Fake

It's not thermal anyway.....it was set on white is hot.....but it didn't show when in the shadows......that's when it works the best.....showing a body in the background blackout area. Who would fake thermal but kids....so, maybe a cheap viewer......it's gen 3.....not gen 2

Huh? It is thermal. That's exactly what thermal looks like. And whatever / whoever is visible once they come from behind the trees. There are no shadows in thermal when used at night. The only time you may see slight shadows are during the day.

It's also from 2009 so the quality of the video is based on 10 year technology when it was recorded.

How do you "fake thermal"?

Yep, my point......the intensity is set too high about three clicks.....washed T hge trees, made the critters leg look funny behind some black bit....musta been cold.....

I live thermal. That was an odd sized critter about Bigfoot sized....that's a western red cedar 5 feet zzz cross in the vid, showing dark grey and all straight trunk, critter was hiding...the guy with thge viewer had been spotted due to a headlamp prolly, and snuck away down on fours

Triggered? That word has been used so much that it has no value anymore.

But it still has more value than this “Bigfoot” video. It’s garbage. I’m sorry you are so convinced that it’s evidence. Maybe one day you’ll get the absolute definitive evidence you need, and you can tell all the doubters of BF like myself to piss off, but this ain’t it.

EXACTLY what part of his post was triggered?

He brought up some valid points of contention.

Your contributions to address them were far less than his.

Talk about knee jerk reaction

Huh? It is thermal.

Even then its not actual thermal, its just a night setting , not real thermal which distorts the video, comes across like a cheap walmart game cam.

The way it acts def looks faked, and the fact he actually lies about it being thermal doesnt lend him any points

Those are some massive trees or that thing is really small...

No matter who, how, why or when, these videos all lack perspective. The video/filmers know the locations so why not take an extra bit of footage showing a normal person in the same place thereby giving a perspective of the original sighting. As for this sighting you don't know the size of the trees so the"bigfoot" could be 8 foot tall or 3 foot tall.

Sure it does. You're still triggered so it's highly appropriate and properly identifies your emotional outrage over the subject matter.

Pretending it doesn't have any value anymore is a direct admission it still registers deeply in your core when you are triggered. Like now.

The article I posted and gave credit too discusses the size he estimates.

LOL...well you're not very good with thermal identification nor tree identification. Considering this video was shot in the center of the state of North Carolina where western red cedars DO NOT grow you're striking out with each statement.

Also it would help if you actually read the included article instead of pretending to be an expert off of some grainy overexposed 11 year old thermal footage.

Sadly, I don't buy it. Where were they located? Those look like Aspen trees to me or something similar in which case the creature in question really isn't all that big.

I'm calling hoax on this one.

Uwharrie National Forest - North Carolina - where neither Aspen trees nor Western Red Cedars grow (as claimed by another arboriculturist here). The trees in the video are in fact young loblolly pines and very young maple trees where the figure appears on thermal. They look like aspens because it is a thermal image.

I'm not making a claim either way. There is no evidence in either direction. The footage is interesting. The fella interviewed is named Michael Greene who was once an Army tank commander, chief welfare fraud investigator for the State of New Jersey, forgery expert, National Ski patroller and certified private pilot which definitely makes him very interesting overall.

He is an avid camper and apparently the night he captured this video (back in 2009) is the night he became a believer in Bigfoot.

For what it's worth it's an interesting story.

Loblolly Pines are similar enough to Aspen trees for the purposes of my point. That creature is not "bigfoot" big. It's more like my size big... maybe a little taller.

The man certainly does sound like an interesting fellow. However, it seems too fishy. I think an interesting fraud/forgery expert used some expert knowledge and decided to craft his own fraud. Maybe he thought it'd be fun to play the other side for a change.

While I'm still on the fence on the subject there are plenty of legitimate bits of evidence in favor of bigfoot existence, but this just screams hoax.

I want bigfoot to be real so badly! It's absolutely possible.
