Take a look at a map and you will see the Sahara desert is so large you could fit all of the contiguous continental United States into its desert confines with plenty of room left over.. so yes it is big. Now for the meat of the subject.. Due to satellite data and earth penetrating radar huge olden lakes have been found with many rivers and of course the cities that resided next to them. Bottom line is some where between 8000 and 5000 years ago the Sahara was actually wet and green.

Maybe the people who claim the Spinx is/was eroded by water have been right all along..

I watched a documentary or something that analyzed why some cultures were more successful than others and the conclusion they came to was climate and indigenous species...

If the only real natural resource your location produces in abundance is makadamian nuts, well you can’t make an empire off nuts..

The Saharan region is in constant flux.. from rainforest to desert.. that stopped the inhabitants from settling in the same place long term. Thus halting slot of progress because of the lack of stability.

Apparently if you look at where all our staple foods and domesticated animals originated, it is the same places civilizations rose.

I was watching something about odd satallite images and they had a segment about a lake in the Sahara that was huge in antiquity but not so much now, interesting stuff.

the show I was watching suggested that civilization moved to the Nile area after the giant lake dried up

The Sahara used to be fertile plains, with rivers and ll that. The Sahara of the past was much wetter than today. The general opinion is that axis of the Earth changed a few thousand years ago and that resulted in some significant climate change.

Wouldn't doubt it.

Africa is the one continent to basically not move at all for millions of years, while the rest of the world moved around it. So any sort of subtle movement of the entire planet within the solar system would have rather quick drastic changes to it's ecosystems. Where as places like India their plate has been on a high speed (figure of speech) collision course with it's northern buddies and has a very diverse ecosystems and environments it pretty much picked up on the way across the equator.

It certainly did, and their are marks to prove it...

I bet climate change is what caused all this.

It was a lot less than 5000 years ago....we are due for a Vlar Global Continental Displacement Event in 2021 or shortly thereafter...this is = Noahs Flood.

Just where the hades does everyone think all the sand came from?...or how the hades it all got put there?...you know CLASSIFIED AND PLACED ENMASSE.....trillions of tonnes of it.....I mean USE YOUR freaking heads....IF I ASKED YOu TODAY TO COVER THE USA in as much sand as now covers the sahara...where the hades would you get the and from and how the heck would you get it all there?......one day not so long ago Africa was not covered by any sand...so does anyone have an explanation?...because the Vlar Global Continental Displacement Model sure as hades does.

Yes the Earth went through a Cyclical near ELE event....exactly like Noahs Flood was...in fact it was Noahs Flood...Noah was alive less than 3657 years ago.

The Vlar Global Continental Displacement Wave Model shows us this and it cannot be rationally denied.

I would not say millions of years...I would say there is a Model that shows what Continents move where they go and all move.... some move more than others but all move.

I watched the first few minutes and recognised the man speaking as one who I have seen before and one who puts out truths....the Adam and Eve story is what Alien Abductees are taught about….it is what Hapgood and Velikovsky and so many others like Gill Broussard and David Hamel talked about it is what the Sumerians talked about....and it is the single biggest secret in the world you and I live on......I stopped watching the video after a few minutes because I LIVE THIS REALITY....and in fact as a hobby I come to ATS and in that I have shared this data in the form of my attempts to get people to research and learn on their own about what I called the Vlar Global Continental Displacement Wave Event Model......lots of others before me have used different approaches and different names...but I have much data that none of these others have ever promoted because much of the technology I glean from was simply non-existant in the near past....Gill Broussard has the biblical attatched timeline down...the Quoran and Vedic Texts follow suit but there is no time left to put the data forward....maybe Gill could do a Coles notes version of each for everyone in short order.

Many of us have come to the same destination via different paths....in fact EVERYONE MUST ARRIVE AT THIS DESTINATION.....

I was personally shown evidence of the last Event....twasnt pretty...near zero survivability...full stop.

My advice is to watch the Movie 2012 and then when you are done take a pen or pencil and WRITE DOWN THE DATE 2021.....then you will have a tactile conduit to help you when the full on truth hits you in the middle of your very soul. The Movie was not imagination it was precognition by design.

But as I was shown there are ways to survive...for regular people...higher % survival rates than the Elite or Military by far....but you need to know how and more importantly where .

Plates are dictated by large root like structures known as cratons. The African craton cluster has been almost unmoved and unbroken for a very, very long time. Africa is ancient, very ancient and has probably seen the most activity of biological evolution because of lack of plate tectonic movement.

Why is it that I read a lot of articleson a subject, which takes weeks of reading, then a guy comes out and makes a video about it and is pretty much close to being accurate. The video, one hour or so, the reading thirty hours or more of articles. Why didn't I just wait for the video, I researched this about six years ago and it appears not much has changed about it. I spent months reading research about the ancient civilizations in Europe , the Mediteranian and African areas. Not so much on China or the other coast.
