Raekwon/Ghostface Killa/Cappadona (Wu Tang Clan):

The track is named Daytona 500. That is how crazy this beat is and it makes you feel like high speed driving. It is a sample of Bob James Nautaulis jazz track. All the artists fast multi-syllabic and internal rhyme flows just take it over the top. The first verse, Raekwon, is probably a Top 5 verse in pure unadulterated hip hop lyricism and flows.

Skip to 1:00 minute mark when song/beat come in...

As the top commentor says "This is the song you play during a high speed police chase. You're going over 180 mph in your Aston Martin with a briefcase full of coc aine and a gun in the passenger seat. A police helicopter is flying overhead."

My other favorite driving song is Jay-Z's Dead Presidents 2. This is Jay-Z at his best and this song is a hustler's anthem. This is one of those songs where you just go take a drive by yourself late at night to just think about things when you need to decompress and consider the future.

As a commentor pointed out "If you haven't gone on a late night cruise and made a serious life decision listening to this song then you're slipping!!"

Here's a fun fact..The I 79 South is a trap. Just went threw WV and received a speeding ticket leaving the 2 tunnels. I don't know if you've ever traveled this route but..if you do, be prepared to enter the tunnels at 65 mph and leave at 90. Of course their will be a WVST their to welcome you as you emerge, Son of a B..

Nope, never been down that way. The sneaky bastards do the same on I-5 west coast and get you on the downgrades. I got nailed once doin 135 in a 70. Trooper didn't fall for the brakes failed excuse. Killed my wallet and almost my license.
