My introduction and questions

Hello, I've been a visitor to ATS since around 2005. My favorite topics are the paranormal and UFOs. I find the reported phenomena of Skinwalker Ranch to be extremely fascinating as I have had strange experiences when I was young.

I created an account years ago but haven't really used it until I could remember my username again.

While I was trying to remember my username I figured I should just create another account, but I could not find a way to create an account without social media, which I do not use and do not want to, for many reasons I think many ATS members already understand. Is this actual policy (we must have social media to create a new ATS account) or am I missing something?

Finally, is there a place to look where I can find my old posts?

I just created one with my Google account a few days ago. The icon looked like Google + or something, but is was just an email signup. Not sure about the old post lookup though. Someone will most likely have an answer for you shortly. Also cookies. You'll see.

I don't do social media either. Crazy how it's taken over, eh?

I signed up with email, but that was years ago. I don't know if it's changed for new accounts. But I'll bet you could create a throwaway gmail account for these purposes to sign up with through Google+ or something.

Yes it's easy to do that the thinking google don't really care if you just chuck them some other names as well , it doesn;t matter . The internet is just a glorified telephone anyway , you dont have to tell the truth to a telephone all the time just because it's a damn telephone , f'em they dont care anyway . Don't forget the old days

I hear ya!

I refuse to be a slave to my phone as well... Didn't even get a cell phone until I had to for personal reasons! Even now, more often than not I don't even it hear it ring or chime and I hardly ever remember to check it.

Makes some people crazy (but not me!).

Yeah let em go hang ! Once upon a time there was just a wire with a thingy attached that you speak in , and it talks back and nothing has changed as far as I can see . It's just a bit more useful wire .
Don't tell anyone your own name lol unless it's the bank of whatever you want to speak to . It's a bit like refusing a psychological test , you can;t get an a graded psychology without initial refusal . They'll want you to do it perhaps but unless you refuse on any grounds you choose , you get counted as an ant of the colony . Before the test even begins .
You really don't have to act on anyone else's terms in life unless you're breaking the law . And the law isn;t f google that's for sure

No, you only need a valid email address. I used my gmail to set up my account here. Yes there are those who have gone through FB. But really you only need an email address

Many of us joined with just emails. I also have no soc. media

To find your old account, try clicking the down arrow then click on 'members' and put your old posting name in the search there.

I am fascinated by Skinwalker Ranch as well. The sheer amount
Of various phenomena in one area is insane. Also the apparent
"Sentient" aspect. Like the phenomenon needs human interaction.
As far as your experiences, I'm intrigued, wanna share more?

Well I just wiki'ed SkinWalker AKA Sherman Ranch in Utah... Maybe they are just visiting their old settlement if they are aliens?

I truely believe extraterrestrials aren't extra just terrestrials who left and came back!
