There has been two systems for years: Poor people get public defenders and 90-percent of their cases are pled out and never see trial.

People who can afford to retain an attorney go to trial where they are often found not guilty.

You know, acutally I think Pianopraze is correct.
Three tiers have existed for too long.

I know a lot of people are dumping on Trump today,
but I think it is far too premature to see the future
and how this ultimately turns out.

Joe Biden told a radio station that the first thing he will do after being sworn in, is raise taxes. The liberal MSM (90% of the US media) never reported this....but it's on tape, ready to be used, on the slim chance that he wins the dim nomination.

Joe Biden tells a moving but false war story

Talk about false news!

What is it with the dimDems that they make stuff up?

Hillary and her "sniper fire" story, now this?

*rolls eyes*

It's just a knee-jerk reaction from those who have not been paying close attention to Spygate developments over the past few weeks.

The man who is the source for the central claim in this thread, Joe digenova says Barr is not prosecute anyone over the fisa abuse

Is that a knee jerk reaction as well?

Liars, who live lies day in and day out get lost in their lies.

Every time I talk to a Dem with the exception of the moderate Democrats like Tim Pool, I get constantly surprised how they are living in a alternate reality. Living a lie... a fairytale at best, strait up lie at worst. And the Media, Social Media, etc... constantly reinforce it.

They print a sensation lie:

Then retract it the next day:

All the Dems remember and perpetuate is the lie, weither out of directly lying knowing it's false but it supports their narrative, or because they are lost in that narrative fairytale and don't realize it was a lie to begin with and won't question it because it fits their confirmation bias.

Probably, the frustrating series of let downs.

But in reality, I have to ask can Trump really make the DOJ
prosecute? I really don't think he can, which then leaves
us with anger that we want to direct at someone.

Sadly, turning that anger at Trump is like punishing him
all over again for winning. He already endured through
the coup plotters.

Look at at the crap he caught for even daring to fire Comey!

Sigh, its been a long day.

They have the media bubble to live in to
protect their alternate reality.

I was referring to those who are "mad at Trump" because Comey didn't get indicted based on this Comey Memo IG report today.. It's been known since July 31st...and discussed extensively (by pundits and here on ATS) that James Comey would not be facing charges for memo handling/mishandling/leaking.

IF they get away with lying to congress and FISA court judges...

Things might get a little interesting.

Especially since they've been putting others in jail for the same thing recently!

If Andy McCabe is not indicted...and Barr himself doesn't personally explain why, there will be a huge drop off in support for President Trump.

If indictment of former top officials does not occur with the FISA Abuse report that's nearing publication, we might as well learn how to capitalize on the cash cows that Elizabeth Warren, or Bernie Sanders will put in place.

One school of thought is that the FISA court judge who approved all 4 FISA applications, is dirty.

They probably will charge McCabe with something

Why?

Because his leaks hurt Hillary

So that needs to be punished

That’s how the media will spin it as well

The fbi hurt Hillary, and the proof is McCabe being charged

No one was charged with leaking about trump though

More double standards and garbage

So not right. I truly believe that we’re at a pivotal point in our country’s history. If our government agencies and elected officials will no longer be held accountable for their actions and we refuse to demand that they are, we as a country are screwed. Comey wants an apology FFS when he should be hanging high. WTF is wrong with this picture?

RR is an interesting figure in all of this, if only to be
a fly on the wall when he was with McCabe.
I generally speaking don't trust him

Just confirmed by investigator reporter John Solomon. James Comey signed three of the illegally obtained fisa warrant applications.

I’m so pissed he isn’t going down for this. Complete BS. How do you just let someone walk for this?

Comey and others will be indicted for illegally obtaining FISA spy warrants, by lying to the FISA Court Judge.

What perplexes me though, is former AAG Rod Rosenstein slamming Comey, CNN and MSNBC today.

Ref: www.foxnews.com...

Rod Rosenstein signed-off on one of the illegally obtained FISA spy warrants too!

WTF?

rod is quite the enigma in all of this. He writes the rationale for firing Comey, is there for the Mueller/Trump meeting of an hour a day before he names Mueller as SC, is the person who hires Huber for his probe, takes away Crossfire Hurricane from McCabe and is the person asked to wear a wire on the President and signed off on the 4th FISA app.

He seems a Black hat yet does many of the key things in this tale that indicate white hat.

I don't know, my gut instinct is he did things to save his own skin. He does not seem to be in the inner circle of people who set up members of the Trump team during the election.

Was he a Mole? If so, for which side?

and I can predict that the doj will decline to prosecute anyone for any of it, not even a low level staffer. The country is gone, yell your farewell at the sinking mass that was once a ship.
