Re Zulu time, I'm trying to work out whether you are looking at Q2181 or Q319.


Either way, here's some input on time types/zones:

1) The time 07:25 PM EST can be read in the following ways to get to a Q post number:
a) 07:25 PM gives Q725,
b) Military time: 19:25 gives Q1925,
c) Zulu time: (UTC+0) gives Q25 - because EST is UTC-5, so UTC+0 = 24:25 = 00:25.

2) +1200 and +2400 rules are used to get more than 1 Q post from a POTUS tweet time. E.g.:
a) Tweet time 11:25 gives Q1125,
b) +1200 rule gives 1125+1200 = Q2325,
c) +2400 rule gives 1125+2400 = Q3525.

3) We have not analysed Zulu time to date, so your highlighting of it is important!
a) It could provide a new layer of Q post links.
b) I will include Zulu time in decodes for a while and see if we can confirm.

4) These 3 different time formats (Normal, Military, Zulu) could be used in additional decode algorithms.
a) To identify a subset of lines in a post, e.g. Q725 is a 33 line ACTION COMMAND post with timestamp of 18:41:23, so using the hour from the 3 time types we would be pointed to look only at lines 06, 18 and 23 giving:
"KILL_CHAIN
RED_RED_OK
MOUNTAIN_DEEP_OK"
b) What is interesting about this is that Zulu time is Normal time +17 hours!!
c) Some ACTION COMMAND posts are long with multiple similar lines. Using this method the post could be seen as a PICK LIST, whereby the time used defines which ACTION lines to execute... Interdasting!
