Paris police killings: Investigation handed to anti-terror prosecutor

Mickaël Harpon, was shot dead by a junior police officer after he attacked colleagues in several offices at the central police building in Paris.
He converted to Islam 18 months ago, according to reports, and had recently stopped talking to female colleagues in the office. But a government spokeswoman said on Friday morning that there was no indication he had been radicalised before the attack.

Also on Friday, the killer's wife was reported as having told police that he had been incoherent and had heard voices the night before the attack.

This happened on the same little island in the river Seine that Notre Dame Cathedral is located on.

A Republican congressman on the house Intel Committee just emerged from the closed-door meeting with the intelligence Inspector General.

Telling Fox News The Inspector General appears to be politically compromised.

I don't quite know what that means except maybe the Deep state has threatened him in some way... or he is part of the cabal?

Thats a very bold statement to make. I think that the real issue here is that these career, high level employees are more concerned with protecting our institutions and the foundations of our government more than protecting one political party or individual politician. These guys are the permanent Deep State, and have seen many different administrations and Presidents come and go.

Atkinson may be trying to cover his ass if this is true.

He took over the ICIG May 29, 2018 just 5 days after I.Charles McCullough, the previous ICIG since 2011, changed the Complainant form for whistleblowers. He probably didn't even know the form had been changed, or maybe he was in on the change. Something to dig into.

There is nothing wrong with that, but too much of the institutional resistance to the Trump administration has been informed by partisan politics. I have no issue with apolitical professionals, but when someone is described as "politically compromised", that suggests an altogether different situation. 'Course, I am not in DC or in contact with people who know one way or the other, so take my view with an appropriate grain of salt.

In this case Adreno is a GPU and an anagram of Radeon by AMD. Qualcomm produces the Adrenos. Unless you're on an iPhone or international device, almost every smartphone runs a Qualcomm chip.

That is really odd. A few of their twitter accounts stop on Nov 8 2018 and their Alerts on stops on July 29 2019 . Just checked out their Politics one and it was the same

Actually I dont think they have tweeted since then. That was right around the time Antifa protesters were harassing Tucker Carlson at his house, and I think they started a Tweet-strike in protest, and for some reason never started back tweeting again.

That is interesting. Small correction though: Adreno is a Qualcomm product. Qualcomm which bought Rapid Bridge which in turn bought QThink!
